What joke trying to talk to a customer service rep. I'm trying to solve a billing issue, the wait time 2-3 HOURS.

So JCP&L gave customers 2 $30.00 credits over the summer on their bill & now is taking back $10 a month for 6 months =-0-credit to their customer's! Is this some kind of tax write-off for them? It's on my bill as a cost deferral recover charge-What a scam-shameful-
