So JCP&L gave customers 2 $30.00 credits over the summer on their bill & now is taking back $10 a month for 6 months =-0-credit to their customer's! Is this some kind of tax write-off for them? It's on my bill as a cost deferral recover charge-What a scam-shameful-

Worst power company. They do no maintenance on their power lines at all. Little bit of wind or rain and power goes out They are taking in millions and spend nothing on upgrades to the grid.

This company owes me a refund for over payment. I have been trying to retrieve this payment since April. They have given me a company who handles their refunds and that company can not find my information. This is the worst electric company with horrible customer service. Don’t use this company!

If I could give less I would. If the wind so much as blows more than 5mph we lose power. Prices constantly go up but we get no improvement. Awful.

Please believe the low reviews. Horrible customer service, otherworldly wait times, continued power outages even when weather is fine. Truly the worst electric company I've ever dealt with. No one should be on hold for 2 hours just to get through to a representative.
