We were honored to meet and work with Mercedes, she is a great agent, advisor and friend. From the moment of our first call, and even after we closed on the house, she has been extremely helpful, her knowledge of the market, the areas we were looking and her willingness to help us purchase the house were uncanny. She goes the extra mile, assisted us on every request we had. She was always quick to respond and book appointments, she was great at making things happen. She helped us expand on our search, strategize our offer to make sure we stand out from all the other offers in this crazy market, getting us the house we love. Mercedes was great very thorough she made the sale of our house easy. I recommend her as a realtor. She helped me stage our home so well we had offers the same day it was put on the market. With the help of her team we sold our house within days it was on the market I am very happy with how she handled all our business. Thank you Mercedes! You were great!

Our experience working with MercedesSenzer was exceptional. She guided us through selling tips and expectations of potential buyers. She also kept us informed throughout the process. We had a few buyers who were rude and demanding. Mercedes helped us navigate past them and sell to a wonderful couple. We could not have been happier. We also used her to buy our new home.
