Morris Animal Inn is like no other facility I have ever dealt with. My dog has separation anxiety and he needs a place to go as I gradually work on desensitizing him to being left alone. He gets a bit anxious being left at the facility, but the staff has worked with me closely to help my dog be as comfortable as he can be. They are very open with communication and they are honest with their assessment of the dog's behavior. Their training team is also certified and dedicated to using positive reinforcement. Thanks MAI!

The staff at Morris Animal is fantastic and Moxie is always happy when she shows up for day care. They really do care about your pet as if it was their own. The training staff Christina and Kate (I may have forgotten a few names) help me build on good behaviors and reduce her leash reactivity. Moxie is thrilled to be able to swim!!

I have always been very happy with the level of care provided for our dog. She’s a little shy but she feels right at home from the moment we drop her off until we pick her up.

I absolutely LOVE Morris Animal Inn! I've left my two kitties in their care several times over the last few years. My kitties always come home happy, and I can tell they receive lots of love and attention during their stay. The facility is easy to access, clean, and has a happy vibe - it is like a posh kitty camp! The staff is kind and they clearly love animals. I will continue to choose Morris Animal Inn to board my kitties whenever I travel in the future.

We recently boarded our border collie at the Animal Inn for the first time. Although Coopie was sad not to be home and did not have his usual hearty appetite, the staff at the Animal Inn kept a watchful eye on him. They kept us updated with daily texts and we were happy to hear that the chicken and rice meals that they were preparing for him were enticing him to eat. We never doubted that Coopie was getting the best care possible and happy to hear that he was loving his trail walks and time chasing after snowballs. We know that the next time we need to board Coopie, the Animal Inn will be our first and only choice. Thank you to all the staff at the Animal Inn for caring for Coopie as if they were their own!

2/24. As you can see, we are long time customers of Morris Animal Inn. Our most recent stay with our dog Cairo- was this past weekend. This stay was difficult- because we just lost our other dog unexpectedly three months ago and this was the first time we boarded Cairo since Winston died. When we brought him in- the staff were so happy to see Cairo- they fussed over him; said how much they would miss Winston; and then let Cairo sniff around and say hi to everyone behind the desk :) a big deal for a 130lb dog. I felt happy leaving him with the staff as I knew he’d be well cared for- and he did very well during the stay! It is so clear that everyone who works there loves and cares for animals and it’s obvious the way they treat them. I know my dog is in good hands at MAI.=========================We have two Scottish Deerhounds (large dogs that are 135 lbs. apiece) who spend all of their time together- We have used Morris Animal Inn several times, over long (10d) and short vacations (weekend), in the past few years. Our dogs, while no fans of being away from home, are well cared for while they are there. The staff are clearly animal lovers who fuss over each of their clients. Our dogs board in a single large room with comfy low lying couches, they are exercised and watched over carefully. I do not worry about them when we are away as I know they are well-cared for. While some reviewers have commented on price; I don't believe the cost is out of line, given the number of staff, the runs the dogs have access to, and the quality of the accommodation for them in general (and the location!)

Our Lab Gracie had a fantastic stay. The team there took such good care of her and sent us daily pictures and updates on how she was doing. We will definitely book her next boarding there.

My 4 year old dog has minor physical and mental disabilities caused by a deformed liver. The staff professionally administered the many medications needed to treat her malfunctioning liver. And then eased her into the unfamiliar environment by showing her the kindness that makes a shy dog wag from nose to tail.

The staff was very nice however i bought my dog for his meet and greet. I was told after dropping him off that their protocol is to immediately take dogs into a kennel and when they tried to take him out for playtime he was so scared he wouldn’t come out. I would be scared too ! an unfamiliar place and i’m immediately put into a confined space. Why not take them for a walk around the property first ? or playtime first ? to get them more comfortable. I was told they’re not a good fit for him since they are very hands on which is fine i just wish they would have showed him “this place is fun” rather than “we’re going to stuff you into a kennel as soon as you get here”
