Morristown Car Wash is considered by many to be the best car wash in the area and in Morris County. It is a well-run operation with a strong focus on quality and customer service. The entire staff, from management to regular members, are amazing. The car wash itself does a fantastic job cleaning, and the people who dry the cars do a meticulous job, spending as much time as needed to ensure it is completely dry and spotless. They are known for thorough interior detailing, even on absolutely filthy cars. Owners are often seen helping. However, some note the equipment looks old and, while the wash is decent and quick with no water spots, the price has increased significantly. It is now harder to justify and closer in price to a professional hand wash. Some customers, feeling the value is not as good, may not return for a basic wash.
