Mini of Morristown is the only place I will go to purchase and service a Mini. The one in Ramsey tried to uncharge me for a specific model Mini, so I left their dealership and went to Morristown. The service team is great and they never fail to deliver on their repairs/service.

I've come to this Mini dealer a walk-in customer where we've experienced one of the smoothest and best leasing process, from beginning till the end, maybe in the last 10 years :))
Rami, the sales consultant, have guided us (me & my wife) beyond our expectations. He was not pushy, however happily answered all our questions which helped us a lot to evaluate what we could expect from a Mini Countryman without hiding the cons.
He also involved Amy, the sales manager, to find a solution within our budget limits. We also would like to thank Amy for her kindness and the little gifts she made for us :))
We strongly advise give a chance if you are considering to lease/buy a Mini which we believe can be an alternate to BMW/Mercedes/Audi...

Today we bought a Mini Cooper C, and it’s our first Mini. The entire process was truly very smooth, and Rami was extremely helpful. If you’re thinking about buying a Mini, you should definitely look Rami. I think this was the fastest car purchase we’ve ever made. We’re already very happy with it.

Even though Morristown is kind of far from Hoboken, I gladly take my car for service there. Hilario is an awesome rep who tells it like it is. I like working through the options with him and making the right decision for my car at the time. Prompt, efficient, and always get back a really clean car.

I call Ryan two days ago. He never called me back too busy. .I called him Again he answered he was busy with a customer i will call you later never happened. I tried to discuss about my lease because I lease a mini coopers 2025 very unprofessional look like he don’t care. I signed the lease. He got the money next victim.

We couldn’t be happier with our purchase of our “new-to-us” MINI Cooper S! We worked with Rami in sales, who took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and made the entire process simple and quick. We were able to drive away in our new car without any of the usual dealership hassles.
