They were able to check out my car right away and quickly found the issue. Loose lug nuts due to negligence was the problem and they made sure everything was handled and safe to drive. “The owner is as honest and professional as they come. I purchased an E350 Coachman in the area and the breaks failed. No RV shop would help me and I was passing threw doing journeyman engineering work. All shops said they could not lift the vehicle. I called desperately around and found Arsenal. They used heavy floor jacks and made it happen. Thanks again for saving me guys!”

“I have brought my car ALL over. From mavis to the dealership I bought my car from. I needed an oil change and didn't have time to set up an appointment at my dealership. I called Jiffy Lube and they said bring it in. There was NO wait. They took my car right in and even brought my carbon filter out so I can see how NASTY it was. Like I said I have brought my car to the dealership where I bought my car from and they overlooked my carbon filter every time. I will be bringing my car here from now on. “Super quick to get an oil change done if you use the Google maps 'how busy is it now' timing. I was in and out in 25 minutes from when I pulled into the parking lot. Look for coupons before you go, $15 off is common. Way faster than going to the dealership and a few bucks cheaper for me. I'll continue going here.”

“They talked me into the $50 special for that day. They usually do an awesome job when I get the cheap inside/ outside cleaning. But this day I decided to go for the special. At first when my truck came out and they were done wiping it down and doing some small detail cleaning it looked horrible. I spoke with the manager and he was extremely kind. He ran my truck through the car wash again and when it came out he personally cleaned every speck of dirt off of it inside and out. Normally I have no problem there, but on that particular day they were extremely busy. But still took the time and had courtesy towards me and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them.”

“The professionalism and kindness I experienced at Milellis is hard to come by these days! My battery died on my leased 2024 Acura. Come to find out Acura does not warranty the original battery and quoted me over $500+ for a new one. Frustrated and confused, a friend said to call Milellis. I’m so grateful for the recommendation.
