Always have the absolute best experience at this store. The girls are super nice and welcoming. Anything they don’t have they order for me right away. The dressing rooms are adorable and they are always there to give feedback and help with outfit ideas. We are so lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood!

I’ve never had any issues here prior to today, which is why I’m giving two stars rather than one, however I will not be shopping here anymore. I was trying to make an exchange because the dress that I bought as a gift didn’t fit. The return policy is 2 weeks, which I was never told. The saleswoman insisted that I was, although she wasn’t there when I made the purchase. She told me that I could have store credit which was 100% fine with me. I didn’t see anything I was crazy about so I said that I’d come back and use the credit once a new shipment came in, and she informed me that the store credit also has a 2 week expiration. I explained to the saleswoman that I recently had a major health event causing me to be unable to drive (my mother had to drive me today). This caused me to miss the party and I was unable to give the recipient the gift until 3 weeks after making the purchase. Had I been able to give the gift the weekend I originally planned (and able to drive) I would have brought it back within the window anyway. She was unwilling to make an exception and was quite snobby about it. I never tell people of my condition, and it was a real slap in the face that she wouldn’t even consider helping me out due to my circumstances. Moving forward I will be shopping at the real Lilly Pulitzer store where they don’t have insane return/exchange policies, and are willing to work with the customer in special circumstances. To be clear, it was one of the salespeople, the other one was trying to be as accommodating as possible.

My friend lives near this store and finds beautiful things for me and a few others, so my experience with the team here has been by phone. They’re always so nice and so happy to help! Great store!

Ordered a dress that was on sale. The next day I saw other stores selling same dress for $64 less and offered free shipping, so I essentially over paid $75. I emailed the store and asked if I could at least have the item price matched and adjusted and was simply told no.

By far my favorite place to shop Lily! Whether they're serving up champagne, having us a play a game (popping a balloon for a prize was a fun one!) or just receiving excellent customer service, I always enjoy my shopping experience in Paradise....who wouldn't??!! :)

I LOVE shopping for Lilly locally at this store! The owner Erica goes above and beyond for her customers as do all of the employees. They have a great selection, are always friendly and I never leave disappointed!

I’ve been shopping at Paradise for years! The service is always top notch and I never leave empty handed. From my years shopping for myself to now including my daughters in my shopping experience, Paradise is where I head for all my Lilly needs. ?An additional plus is that even when I couldn’t make it into the store, I was given great service over the phone. Love, love, love!!!

Great service, inventory has excellent range of sizes! Love shopping at this store. Excellent customer service. Lilly Pulitzer name brand is known for vibrant colors and I love how all items coordinate.
