We had such a wonderful experience renting our house out with the help of Patty! She was so detailed and present throughout our process, giving us all the information we needed for smart decisions. Patty worked so hard for us to get our house rented. She was dedicated in doing open houses, and even was hands on with drafting our lease when we found renters. She was so flexible in our rental process, helping us shift our rental dates when we needed some more time before listing the house. More than just hard working, she genuinely shared in the process with us, being excited and celebrating with us when we found renters. And she was so thoughtful to our dogs, always bringing them treats! Whenever we ran into issues or complications, Patty was quick to step up and fully help us in any way possible.I couldn't recommend working with Patty enough. She's a wonderful realtor and person!

Having previously helped me find an apartment to rent, Patricia helped me purchase my first home in New Jersey. As a British US visa holder with less than a year's US credit history I was not a simple client, plus of course I was completely unfamiliar with the process. Added to this was the complication of buying in a seller's market! Patricia held my hand every step of the way. She was patient, caring and thorough and even now I am in my new home she continues to be an incredibly useful source of local knowledge and recommendations. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again, although I hope to be in my new home for a long time, and would happily recommend her to anyone.

Patricia was friendly, knowledge, and responded promptly to my need to find a rental property. She was patient and courteous with me considering my disabilities. My experience with Patricia Marshall has been awesome because of the person that she is personally and professionally. I called, seeking her help and expertise. Patricia was ready, willing and able to take on the responsibility of helping me with the process of getting my home ready for sale.
