Romina is an incredibly knowledgeable and responsible agent. She will give great feedback, good and the bad which I believe is valuable, especially the cons she points out for the properties. While looking at different properties, I switched between the types of property I would like to buy, and she obviously knows about all types of properties very well. During the buying process, she gave great recommendations on the attorney and inspections who are all pleasant to work with and super professional. When I look back, I also realized how easy it is to work with Romina. She is always responding to messages and on top of things. Based on the ease of communication, demonstration of professionalism, competency in varieties of real estate, I would strongly recommend Romina as their agent.

Cant say enough positive things about working with Romina. I had many realtors contacting me for my listing, but she showed up and was extremely knowledgeable about the market and after some Q&A I could tell she had the kind of experience and personality I was looking for. She communicated every step and answered every question I had. My house was well promoted and the 2 hour open house was packed. We had multiple above asking price offers flowing in immediately. We selected the best buyer, she recommended a great local attorney and the entire process could not have been easier. I would highly recommend Romina, she also has an excellent team supporting her.
