“I have had such a great experience and the manager Brenna, is amazing! She’s so nice and is on top of everything ! I had questions about a rental and she was so helpful. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a rental unit .

“I made the nearly 3 hour drive from Connecticut to New Jersey to look at a 2020 f350 flat bed dump body at Vitale Motors. The staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy. Their selection of work trucks is impressive. I did purchase the truck so the 2 trips totaling about 12 hours were time well spent.
Cyndi and Lou were great”
“Great towing company, and Big Thanks for not damaging my bumper after losing a wheel. Great pricing for dropping it off to my mechanic and very fast response from the initial call.”
“Joe P made my experience with Ryder amazing. He was very helpful and attentive when answering any questions I had. I will no doubt be coming back to this Ryder location because of him.”
“These guys at hk in Parsippany are amazing. Will and Ray always get my truck back to me in a day or two when my truck is in for service. When I need a rental for any reason Alexandrea is always prompt and on top of her game cliff the sales rep is amazing my owner just bought a new hino 20ft box truck and cliff made the buying process so smooth. They are a reputable dealership and wouldn’t do business with anyone else hk is the place to go if you want your fleet trucks worked on not only does the service dept do a great job but they also look over the entire truck when it comes in for anything else.”

“John was awesome when I needed to rent a motorcycle trailer and made sure I was all hooked up before heading out of the lot. Also gave me good pointers on reversing with a trailer. Very good prices and service. Highly recommend!”

“I recently caught some road debris on my back, right tire. After 11 hours on the side of the road and many calls later for assistance, Eagle Auto Truck service, Whippany, NJ, were the only one who answered the call and completed the pick up/drop off service.
They were fast, efficient, and professional! The other non-pos review….at least this team knew the direction I was headed on I-84W. I digress.
Thank you again Eagle Auto Truck service in Whippany, NJ!! Without your constant communication and understanding of my situation, I am eternally, grateful!!”
“I want to thank the wonderful people at this location for making a time in my life that is exactly stressful a bliss both the guy and the girl that was attending the trucks were wonderful. Thank you and keep being fabulous”
“I'm not from the area but had a family emergency where we needed a large dumpster to clean out a home. Their service was excellent! The delivery was fast and they were very helpful through the process. I would highly recommend their services.”

“Rented for the day a 16ft box truck and couldn’t be happier. The truck was brand new, both taking and returning the vehicle was super easy and the rate was perfect.”
“My rental truck was ready and waiting when I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment. Truck was extremely clean and the customer service was top notch. The woman working (my apologies for not getting her name) was super friendly and helpful. Will always choose this location if I’m in need of a U-Haul!”
“Even though construction was going on, the crew made sure to get someone in at the time of my appointment, and were able to very kindly accommodate my rental at a great rate. They made sure the car was well maintained and had a fresh oil change. The owners were both very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this business and it’s hard workers from the secretary’s to the people on the phones. Thanks again and many blessings! I’ll be back and will highly recommend you guys! Bless you!”

“Altogether it was a good experience.
My suggestion is that previous documents for the contract should be sent with more notice, they were sent to me the same day while I was flying so didn't get them until later in the day and had to change the pick up location.
After that thank God for Jen who came to my rescue and was extremely helpful during the rest of the process!!”
“I always have a great experience with U-Haul. I’ve used them several times, and they have consistently been professional, helpful, and accommodating in every way possible.
The staff is always friendly and easy to work with, the office is clean and organized, and the trucks are always clean and well-maintained. Their customer service makes the rental process smooth and stress-free every time.
I highly recommend this U-Haul location and will continue using them whenever I need a rental.”

“I had a great experience with Penske! I rented a 26-foot flatbed truck, and to my surprise, it was absolutely brand new — only 150 miles on it. The truck was clean, modern, and in perfect condition. Penske is a very reliable rental truck company with a high standard of service. Highly recommend!”
“I found it very expensive with fees that were not advertised. However, the front desk attention at Scotch Plains location was great. The customer service was very kind and quick.”
“Process was super easy, he was insanely easy to work with, organized, very nice and super prepared. Entire process took no longer than 10 minutes! 10/10 recommend!”
