I had a problem with a missing parcel. The gentleman in the post office followed up with me twice in 48 hours. He was polite, and really diligent about finding the package. He sent mail carrier on Saturday to recheck for pkg and they found it in wrong mailbox.
JUST WANT TO THANK THE POSTOFFICE

Automated phone service is horrible. My delivery was never delivered to me although it claims that it was on my porchTried calling the postal office you can't even speak to anyone because of the automated service, it doesn't allow you to speak to an agent. Unsatisfied.

Edit: my postal worker, Anna, is amazing. It's the post office that is lazy.

I went here to deliver a package for a friend I don't go out here that often and i was greeted by rude employees who hate their lives and don't care about their customers. Teddy just kept getting upset with me that I didn't know the process and told me what to press on the screen in regards to if the package was fragile or not SHE DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHATS IN IT!!!! So I'm pressured into pressing no and now I'm hoping my package doesn't get damaged because of it. I didn't have the best packaging though so I'm hoping it gets there ok anyways. She then weighs my box and it comes out to 64 dollars that's way too much to ship so I get a different size box from them she tells me to open my old box and repackage it myself. I get no help from the post office I just get given scissors not even a box cutter knife and I'm struggling to open up my package embarrassing myself making a mess on the floor in front of every customer walking in. She said she won't even charge me for the box which I thought would be great and be a nice courtesy for my misunderstanding of bringing the wrong size box. So I spend an hour repacking it and using garbage scissors to pry my old box open. When I go back up to weigh the new box and measure it the price is much better. But teddy STILL charges me for the box after she said she wouldn't. Unbelievable. I didn't even want to be here anymore. I just wanted to pay up and get out. After all that my package better get to my friend in 1 piece. Don't ever go to USPS at least at this location. Go to UPS instead their customer service has always been amazing and their employees are super nice. Teddy hates her life treats It like a dead end job and is only nice to kids not adults.

we have lived in the 07960/07950 zip code for over 70 years and slowly watched the decline in daily delivery of first class mail. Our son's family lives in Mendham NJ and mailed his Christmas cards on 9/16/23. Our daughter's family lives in 07950 and received her card on 12/20. We have still not received our card at 18 Max Drive on 12/23. The delivery at this address has been erratic since we moved in six years ago. Perhaps we should turn over mail delivery to UPS or Amazon.

The level of incompetence at this post office is beyond belief. Mail is consistently delivered when on hood and the mail which is held if frequency lost. The problems have been ongoing for years

Horribly rude employees. Tries to give me back my slip that was left at my home while yelling at me that it wasn't filled out with information needed by the postal delivery person. How is this my fault or issue? Don't even know why this would be something to discuss with a customer.Apparently runs off rules that no other post office in nj enforces. Enjoys doing anything they can to make your trip as difficult as possible.Unless forced definitely recommend going elsewhere.
