For the very first time, I went to the Morris St Post Office and met a postal service worker named John. He was rude and not helpful. He really should be fired and I do not say this lightly! I dropped off a large mailing and because 1 or 2 of the items were overweight he shipped my entire mailing back to me. I took the mailing to another office and they accepted them!!! John, you need another job. Perhaps you have been in the USPS too long. Save yourself the headache and go to another location which will make John happy since he does not want to work!

PSA - do not leave prepaid packages in the package bin. I stopped in to deposit several packages but no one was at the window and I was in a rush. I would normally get an email that the return has been initiated but heard nothing via email from those companies. After several days, I stopped in to inquire and was told that every package gets scanned but without a tracking number (which I don't have because I left it in the package slot) they could not help me. I find it very unlikely that all of those packages got lost....

We went to this Morristown post office on December the 17th. To deliver an envelope with a brass replacement part of a light fixture, my husband came back to the car very disturbed because he said that the guy /clerk at the counter kept feeling the envelope as if trying to figure out what was in it instead of asking, and he told me that maybe he thought it was a piece of jewelry.. three days later the person that was to receive the envelope sent us a text with a photo showing that the brass piece was taken out of the envelope, my husbands gut feeling was right! Whoever did it..if they had half a brain they would have read that it was going to Grand Brass .not Grand Gold !!..You guys have cameras take look.I can tell you in Connecticut (the destination) the post office there well knows that Grand Brass is a lighting parts place the oldest in the country and that jewelery is not going there. And now my antique light fixture is even more incomplete effort wasted and another set back.Anyway Morristown post office in case you are reading this, this happened on December the 17th 2021 at 3 PM and there was only one clerk there at window a man..it should be easy to figure out who it was. As for me I won't be coming back there because I don't trust my stuff will be delivered if it has valuables.

I put mail in my mailbox with the flag up and it took 3 days for them to pick it up. No holidays or weekends... Great work USPS ?
