It was a pleasure to be helped by Sasha at the Morristown Wells Fargo location on South Street. She was friendly, businesslike & personable. Her competence far outweighed that which I've experienced at other branches and banks, which made my visit convenient, quick and painless. She was even able to make recommendations to me for options I hadn't previously been made aware of -- options I sincerely appreciate as they will most definitely be helpful to me and my business in the future. This kind of courteous and efficient assistance is very hard to come by in any industry these days and I am very grateful for her help & knowledge.

Long lines are commonplace in this understaffed bank. Service could be improved, and poor communication between managers and tellers can lead to confusion. All in all, this is an average bank.

This is a large building that is poorly utilized and staffed. Expect a long line for tellers, especially during busy hours. Half of the offices are empty and there is no central desk to speak with a manager about questions.

I love this Bank and its staff! so helpful and smiley when i come inside :) its so nice knowing that when i have a problem or concern regarding my account i can simply walk in and find uber helpful people! Shout out to Sarah! she is awesome :)
