“Went to the Morristown Talbot’s earlier today. I had an issue with the fastener on a pair of jeans. It was not something that I could have done myself so I wanted to see if the jeans were still carried. They were not but, the manager Jennifer looked up the item and issued me a credit for the full amount I paid. Chris then helped me find a new pair and was spot on with the size and style.
