The pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are great at the Mount Ephraim store. They really went out of their way to resolve issues with my mom's prescriptions. As busy as they are the staff are so nice and friendly. Always have a smile and are courteous even when I'm probably being a pain in the butt.

He is honest, works with the physician, is a true professional and problem solver. Happy to have switched all my medication needs to this particular CVS 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure

Normally have no issues with this pharmacy but tonight was exceptionally poor. Stopped by at 7:30 to pick up an Rx from the drive thru. It was closed Because they’re short staffed. Ok, I go inside there’s literally 15 people in line so I decide to come back an hour later. I come back later because I desperately need my Rx because I am in pain. They only have one of my scripts because “the dr only called in one.” Of course the one missing is the one I really need. I call my dr and speak to the on call service. They need the pharmacist to call, they won’t deal with me about the missing script. Mind you it sucks but it’s 9:15 and the pharmacy closes at 10 and I’m just trying to get some relief. I call the pharmacy. Takes 10 mins for someone to pick up. Ok I get it they’re busy and understaffed. What’s unacceptable is that the pharmacist who answers is unhelpful, rude, and wants to know why the dr’s on call service wants them to call in. I try to explain that it’s simply what they told me and the only way I can get help tonight but the pharmacist was argumentative and dismissive, saying they would call if “I want” but that they won’t be able to help me tonight. All I want is to be out of pain and get some sleep tonight but they won’t try to help me or even speak to me in a professional (let alone kind or caring) way. Yes my dr at Rothman stinks too for not getting my Rx in but at least the on call service tried to help unlike CVS. I will be switching to another pharmacy since you can throw a rock and find a different one in the same neighborhood. Doesn’t matter if CVS is open later than the others if they’re understaffed, uncaring, and unhelpful.

I'm a hardworking overnighter and sometimes I like to work extra hours on mobile delivery services like Uber Eats and Instacart. So please tell me why a lady in this CVS said I can't be check out by an employee just because I was doing an Instacart order. Its called Instacart SHOPPER for a reason, I have never experience someone telling me they can't check me out cause I'm an Instacart shopper, and I have been to other CVS store with no problem! Bottom line, if you are too lazy to check me out just say it instead of saying a lie like \\\" Oh You got to self check yourself out, cause your an instacart shopper \\\". I'm honestly so tired of these retail/ fast food manager thinking their the hottest thing in the world, you are just a freaking cog in the corporate machine, nothing more, nothing less. Treating me like a lesser person just because I'm trying to make extra money, I'm sorry I get paid more than you lady okay. Geez ?

Bro, they ALWAYS have a line in the drive thru, they are slow as s*** and ALWAYSSSSSS wait like 10 years to get to you at the drive thru. And inside too they take an hour to fill my meds, that is just unnecessary. And I've had multiple people who work there be rude asf to me. I'm switching to Walgreens!

I know its a very busy pharmacy. Patients is a virtue. I like to go at night. I love the crew at night. Its not always the employees fault that it may take long for prescriptions to get filled. I appreciate all the help that works there and there service. Ray and wan. Maybe Corporation may want to help with adding some extra over time
