The lady at the reception is very rude. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but everyone was polite towards her.

The managers at the location were excellent to deal with. Unfortunately there was a computer issue (no fault of Mt. Ephraim Firestone) which held up check-out about 20 minutes longer than expected. Also, when I was ready to drive away on my new tires I noticed a couple of screws and an old razor blade laying on the ground in front of my car, so I would just recommend that someone periodically checks the parking lot for debris as it is in rough shape.

Usually pretty good service, but waited a long time for them to check a slow leaking tire, Cell phone charging station was not operational, But when manager found out how long I was waiting did everything in his power to take care of me including getting me a cell phone charger that works and giving me a great deal on 4 new tires. sadly 2 of my new tires were severely over inflated, But This manager moved my 2 star review up to a 4 star review, Yes there were some weird issues but this manager did everything he could to make my experience better.

I had the worst experience of my life, The manager of Firestone complete auto repair was very disrespectful and dishonest towards me. And as a new customer I was not treated fairly. He really doesn't know how to communicate with first time customers. He refused to listen to me about my vehicle, and continued to be non compliant, told my warranty company ENDURANCE the wrong information on my vehicle, even after I told him the right information. I will never put my trust in that company again. Because he gave my third party warranty company the wrong information and my car wasn't covered and now I gotta cancel my warranty. Low-key raand Firestone complete auto repair. They need to fire him

There's a reason our family has been bringing our cars to this Firestone for over 15 years. We feel they've always been honest with us and let us know which repairs were immediately needed vs. which ones could be postponed safely. In the cases where this Firestone location couldn't help us directly (like when I was having transmission issues) they recommended reputable shops that could help us that I've been just as satisfied with.

Came in on 3/26/23 to get a tire alignment, after telling the store I had the tire alignment for life package. I got a call they can’t do my alignment and they would have to charge me 50$ to look at it and see what’s wrong. Told the lady on the phone it just was in there 3 months ago for an alignment and she said “bolts get lose and stuff happens.” Told them don’t bother, picked the car up and went to Mavis in Blackwood, they did the job, and had the Alignment right

took 3.5 hours to do an oil change when I was told it would take an hour. They were uncommunicative about this and rude. Complete waste of time to make an appointment here when they prioritize walk-ins.
