This center is great. Staff are professional super kind and care about you. Very nice and warm manner. Easy reserve and easy return. The car was great and we paid only 36 for such a great car per day. Most importantly was the staffs’ manner that I liked most. Thank you guys.

Horrible service! First, they were 30 minutes late to pick me up. Second, the initial car they had for me had a steering issue and smelled like urine. The next car was dirty and smelled like smoke. Third, I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that she was in a meeting. I demanded to speak to a manger because I was now without a rental, and no solution. The manager finally spoke to me and said I she would send a car from another location. After a total wait time for a rental of 1.5hrs , I finally was placed in a car. I really hope a regional manager addresses this issue.

My rental experience with Anton was exceptional. He was courteous, attentive, and made the process worthwhile. This is how pick-ups should be handled. Highly recommend.

As the Labor Day exitus was starting last month, I had a bad car accident a few blocks from this Hertz location.While most stores were closing early, this Hertz location did everything I could to pick me up from the garage and get me a car I desperately need.Special thanks to this team.

Super friendly and helpful staff with superb customer service. Price is a lot lower than Philadelphia but this location is just $20-$30 uber ride away. Had Manager's choice deal and the 1st vehicle offered doesn't have a working GPS (which is not included in my rental so can't complain). The lady quickly arrange a SUV as a replacement. The fuel tank was not full in the SUV but was honestly noted on the rental slip. The gentleman helped me with luggages and was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Philadelphia area.
