I am sending this review to bring awareness to Mt Ephraim Dodge, that you all need to step up. Service seriously declined, if you get the young lady who picks up the phone she immediately says please hold and puts you on hold, no one answers the phone from the service dept and you don't get called back. I have leased 3 rams over the last 4 years, and this last lease was a mess and my truck still continues to have problems, and recalls. If I could give this truck back after only having it for a year with only 11k miles I would. Had to have dash replaced, had 2 recalls, had to have turn signal replaced and I have what is known as the ram tick, sounds like a valve tap, was told it will go away after few seconds of truck running the tick should go away, but it doesn't. Sick to my stomach for how much I paid for this truck. From the day I purchased it, it's been in and out of the shop. I am done with Dodge, as soon as this lease it up, I give the truck back and move on. And until then I will go to another dealer for service. Was on hold 8 minutes today to make an appt for the latest recall, then that 8 min hold went into voice mail. Called cherry hill, live person picked up immediately and booked me within seconds. For the record I asked to speak to General manager and got the run around on that as well. Do me a favor Dodge, take your truck back and refund me part of my deposit. I know that won't happen though. And Dodge, please don't reply to this with your canned answer that reads "Please send us your name and best phone number. We would like to resolve your issue today." There is nothing you can do to resolve but to take this truck back and give me my money back.

We just got a brand new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Van from here. It was a very pleasant experience. The dealer carries the model we like right on site. Robert, our sales representative, is very nice and knowledgeable about the car. He and Justin both were very helpful in the settlement of pricing for us too. They’re professional and worked extended hours to accommodate our schedule and help us get the car in a most efficient way. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a Chrysler, RAM or Dodge!

This was a circus from the day I first went to look at a vehicle. I was thoroughly familiar with the vehicle - a Ford - the salesperson had not much knowledge about this car. Then a pushy dude comes into the picture trying to high pressure me "are you going to give up $3000 on this deal?" YES - I left to get lunch and went home. The car was listed on Capital One's auto finder for $6,000 less than their sticker price. Their answer was that they have no control over anyone else's price listing. OK - I'm not paying anymore than that online listing - back and forth.
Give me a buyers order - I'll get my own financing. They put some forgery signature on the line of the buyers order where I'm supposed to sign!!! WHAT?!? Consumer FRAUD. That got fixed and I made a complaint to the state. They added some BS "extras" to the amount. Overpriced extended warranty and "appearance package" WHAT??!!
Got that removed and finally signed the papers. When I asked for a copy of my signed paperwork - the dude says they will go to the credit union. Stupid me went along with that crapola. I had to send certified letters requesting my documents and it took maybe a month for them to get to me.

Worst experience ever! Everything we discussed over the phone, when i got there, was a complete lie. Then after he tried to pressure me into another car that i was not interestdd in. The aggressive sales tactic does not work, building a good report does. This dealership cares nothing about customer service and relationship building; they lie to get you in and goes down hill from there.
