Awful!! I took my boots that I've had for 20 years to get new soles. The guy replaced the whole sole without making it look like the old sole. Also, the toe of the boots are suppossed ti be blocked but one boot is rounded. They don't look like one another. Such a bummer. ?

i brought my doc martens here to get stretched and softened and it was like $18 to stretch and $25 to soften! That made a world of a difference for these hard-to-break-in docs! It only took a week to complete this and i love supporting small business! i will be returning!

Took my shoes for a shine and polish and not only do they look no different than before, but it looks like whatever material he used on the shoes made a pre existing stain worse. At best it did nothing. Won’t be coming back
