Recently visited this location to pick up my Rx prescribed from urgent care. The Rx wasn't properly sent and the pharmacist (Anna) and her team were kind, patient and went above and beyond to make sure I left with my Rx and could get some pain relief. I appreciate their wonderful customer service and helping me out at the end of their shift when they could have put me off until the next day.

The drive thru was fine but in the past the pharmacy staff weren’t too friendly or welcoming. The regular staff were very nice and helpful.

Switched to this pharmacy from Walgreens. The staff is friendly and pretty quick compared to what i was used to. They usually have your scripts ready within a half hour

DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF LIFE SAVING/IMPORTANT MEDICINE YOU NEED ESPECIALLY INSULIN. The techs and the pharmacists lie ridiculously and don't know anything. Must be nice to get a 3 figure paycheck and not know anything about medicine or what you went to school for 6 plus years for. They are unhelpful have no knowledge and are so extremely lazy. I've gotten OTHER PEOPLESE MEDICINE before on more than one occasion and they've almost killed me bc of their negligence with my insulin as a type 1 diabetic. They have also SHORTED me insulin and dexcoms several times bc they literally CANT DO BASIC MATH with 90 day vs 30 prescriptions. They had been sending my scripts through an insurance I no longer used for months despite me physically going in to the store more than 3 times to correct it amd physically hand them my new insurance card. Each time they said yeah its updated and then again billed to the old insurance. They won't get on the phone and ask questions to the doctor about prescriptions when they need to. If you don't like your job quit so you don't mess up patients lives. I've worked in Healthcare most of my life and this place and every other cvs pharmacy is atrocious. The techs AND the pharmacists. The minute clinic doctors however are VERY nice but that is their ONLY redeeming quality. I'm tired of going in and having to fix things that are THEIR job not mine! If you go here ALWAYS get a receipt, ALWAYS double check everything yourself and look up your own savings programs bc they don't care enough to inform you about them.

The maze that is the answering machine is ridiculous. There’s no way to get through to an actual team member or pharmacist when needing questions answered in real time. I’ve never experienced this and it’s literally the awful. I’m changing my pharmacy asap

I was just racially profiled at your store today. I’m appalled to say the least! About an hour ago, I needed to purchase six gift cards at $200 each for my job. When I went to purchase them at the register, I was asked by the employer named Nicholas why I was getting them. I found that very strange. It is none of his business but I told him it was for my job. He then decided to only do three first and then once they went through, he said he can only do two more because the max amount of gift cards you can purchase in a day has a $1,000 limit. That is a lie! I looked it it up in Google, it says “Based on the U.S. government legal regulations concerning limitations on gift card purchasing, within a 24 hour period: The maximum amount that can be purchased by a single person across multiple gift cards is $10,000.” To add salt to this wound, my manager informed me that she had recently purchased 12 gift cards at $200 each, from the same store ID#2079 with no problem. I don’t think I will ever go back to this particular store again. I was definitely racially profiled. Thumbs down!

Purchased 3 vanilla visa gift cards here for Christmas. No one could use them because they were all depleted. CVS told me even with all cards and receipt in hand they couldn’t do anything.

I scheduled a vaccine over a month ago and when I arrived the pharmacy was closed! I'm aware the store had some kind of damage to the store wall, but it did not affect the pharmacy. They never emailed, texted or called to notify me they would be closed or that I needed to reschedule the appointment. I only found out when I showed up for my appointment!! The pharmacy gates were closed, but the pharmacy was open to drive-thru customers, so I asked the pharmacist about my appointment. Her response was I'd have to come back later in the week or go somewhere else! This is so UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE! There is no excuse to not notify customers with a scheduled appointment that the pharmacy was closed!! I will be transfering my prescriptions to another pharmacy.....it may or may not be a CVS!!
