I was just racially profiled at your store today. I’m appalled to say the least! About an hour ago, I needed to purchase six gift cards at $200 each for my job. When I went to purchase them at the register, I was asked by the employer named Nicholas why I was getting them. I found that very strange. It is none of his business but I told him it was for my job. He then decided to only do three first and then once they went through, he said he can only do two more because the max amount of gift cards you can purchase in a day has a $1,000 limit. That is a lie! I looked it it up in Google, it says “Based on the U.S. government legal regulations concerning limitations on gift card purchasing, within a 24 hour period: The maximum amount that can be purchased by a single person across multiple gift cards is $10,000.” To add salt to this wound, my manager informed me that she had recently purchased 12 gift cards at $200 each, from the same store ID#2079 with no problem. I don’t think I will ever go back to this particular store again. I was definitely racially profiled. Thumbs down!

Purchased 3 vanilla visa gift cards here for Christmas. No one could use them because they were all depleted. CVS told me even with all cards and receipt in hand they couldn’t do anything.

I scheduled a vaccine over a month ago and when I arrived the pharmacy was closed! I'm aware the store had some kind of damage to the store wall, but it did not affect the pharmacy. They never emailed, texted or called to notify me they would be closed or that I needed to reschedule the appointment. I only found out when I showed up for my appointment!! The pharmacy gates were closed, but the pharmacy was open to drive-thru customers, so I asked the pharmacist about my appointment. Her response was I'd have to come back later in the week or go somewhere else! This is so UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE! There is no excuse to not notify customers with a scheduled appointment that the pharmacy was closed!! I will be transfering my prescriptions to another pharmacy.....it may or may not be a CVS!!

I’ve used CVS at 508 High St. Mt Holly Nj, for over 20yrs and the staff has always been friendly and professional, the location is convenient, there is no reason to go anywhere else!!

This CVS has been wonderful! We've switched from the CVS in Eastampton on Woodlane Rd. and we are so much happier with this Mount Holly CVS! They actually answer their phone, to which the other Eastampton CVS never does and the Mount Holly CVS is on top of things and know what they are doing, unlike the the one. We have to travel a little further for the MH store but believe me, it's worth it!!! I highly recommend them!

For some reason, (even though I get this same medication at this cvs every month for years) someone took it upon their self to make me a completely new account. I can’t see my medication on the portal, I couldn’t pay online, it told me my price was $1,100 because my insurance or coupon wasn’t on that account. The girl in the pharmacy told me THREE TIMES that day that she would merge the accounts and days later she still hasn’t. I myself am I pharmacy technician, I’ve worked at Walgreens and 2 other pharmacies. I’ll never understand why CVS is always an issue …. I just use them because one of my medications has to always be ordered and that part they can do right ugh.

I'm an ExtraCare card member, check out this deal of deals...I pay $60 annual fee or $5 monthly. I get $10 to spend each month, so basically for $60 I get to spend $120 each year.I doubled my money and all I have to do is go each month to CVS to spend my credit.And they have good deals all the time and you get to use their coupons as well on top of the $10 monthlyA NO BRAINER

The worker trever is upright completely rude I asked where something was and got completely blown off by him and treated like I wasn’t even a customer and when it came time to check out it took him about a good 20 minutes to ring me up

Only rating so high because the pharmacy services are great at this location. But if I could find a private pharmacist in the area, I'd rather support them over cvs.

Placed an order of photos online for o be printed as a last minute add on for my dads birthday we were leaving for about an hour after I picked the photos up. On the website it showed all photos fully fitting in the frame. It’s just standard 4x6. What I picked up was the dullest washed out looking pictures that were cropped so bad parts of heads were missing and completely cropped my daughter he was holding out of one. Go anywhere else for photo printing. Walgreens has way better. Not to mention how horrible the pharmacy is, never answering the phone, and I’ve called while standing there and they just ignore it. Now they shut down for 1 hour for lunch? Did they not hear of staggering breaks? Horribly managed store. Go anywhere else

This cvs is horrible they let the phone ring they have attitudes they need to be trained on customer service they don’t explain anything they won’t tell you anything to try to help out on cost high st cvs are very nice courteous they care I recommend everyone to go there that pharmacy needs to be shut down ignorant rude employees

Very disappointed Debbie L was very rude to me. She had several people cut in front of me when she seen me standing there first waiting in line. She then told one customer who was in a line that was in the line that was no longer taking customers to cut in front of me. When the customer and I said I was first, she told the customer that she said she can go in first even tho I been waiting long and got cut in line. I don’t know why she treated me like that. It seemed like it could be that I am African American and young. I will be calling the corp office. This was the pharmacy in Mount Holly

Very helpful getting my prescription changed when there was a supply issue. Customer service improved. Glad to see they take a lunch break. Slightly inconvenient for us but clearly improved morale.
