Placed an order a week in advance to surprise my lady in the morning and get the day started off right. Never showed up, not a peep of communication from the store. Called the store and the company it self many times throughout the day and was met with several different automated systems all trying to deflect blame from the company. Saying deliveries that don’t show are from improper addresses or something else foolish. How does that excuse the mold or other issues that plenty of people are here complaining about?Better yet the company apparently has an issue handing out well deserved refunds. Do not waste your money. Spread the word, these people are a joke.

I really should have looked at the reviews before I purchased a $100 order here. I did an online order last night for 9am pick up today. I received a call at 845am from the manager saying the chocolate has to thaw and my order won't be ready until after 11. If you know you have a 9am starting window, shouldnt you be more prepared or come in sooner ?idk I'm not in the fruit business but it would make sense. Unprofessional and unorganized.

Ive had edible arrangements on several occasions, and ordered several times. THIS location in particular is a DISGUSTING representation for the company, and had it been my first interaction ever .. i would NEVER recommend it to anyone! This store needs to be closed down.

By far the worst edible arrangement place I ever been too.. I will definitely find a way to get you shut down there are plenty of other edible arrangement establishments that are 10 times better than you unprofessional ghetto trashy people

Ordered an arrangement for my daughters birthday and the roses were wilted and arranged terribly. Now I see their low ratings. Don’t give them business this is a disgrace. If going through a third party make sure they are not servicing the request.

Worst place ever. How are y’all still even open ??♀️ When someone calls to place an order1) ANSWER THE PHONE2) DONT FINALLY ANSWER AND NOT KNOW YOUR JOB3) DONT ANSWER THEN HAVE SOMEONE HOLD AND NEVER PICK THE PHONE BACK UP.This place is pointless. CLOSE THIS STORE. I’m sure it’s not making you any money anyway.

I ordered same day delivery (to someone who would only be there until early the following morning). They confirmed my order but never delivered the package. I called them all night and left messages. They refunded the $14 delivery fee but not the wasted cost of the package. They never answered the phone for weeks following so far

Ordered an Edible Arrangement for May 15th. Still has not been delivered and it is now May 22nd.. Called this location 3 times and no one would even answer. Also contacted Customer Service two separate times through their website, within the last week and have not heard back from anyone. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend this store or company to anyone in the future. Please save yourself the headache and your money and do not order from here.

The store in Burlington, NJ on High Street is the worst. I ordered a birthday bouquet with balloons and hand carved initials made out of fruit, no initials or balloons arrived with the order. The fruit was extremely hard and majority of the fruit was bitter. Calls to the store go unanswered. I filled out a customer complaint form on the website, still no response. I hope this store is happy with the money I paid for poor service. I want a refund for poor quality fruit and the missing items that didn't arrive with the order.

Don’t order from here! I placed an order 3 days in advance for chocolate covered strawberries for my anniversary. Their website says open until 6 pm. I showed up at 4:45pm to a completely closed/lights off store. Clearly the owner/employees don’t care enough to correct their website time to reflect when they are actually open until. Nor did they call me to confirm my order, let me know if was ready, or see why I hadn’t picked it up yet. I ended up going across the street to Acme and getting chocolate and strawberries for $8 and making my own at home. This place also has terrible reviews for moldy produce and bad customer service. Save your money and make your own at home.

negative stars!! do not use this service. food was delivered warm! food was delivered a day late. no apologies. colossal waste of money, time and resources. you are better off going to walmart or ordering on amazon. no company vehicle and very dubious looking individuals walking up to your door presenting your order. never again!!

Do not order from Mt Holly location. I placed an order on line 6 days before it was to be delivered. On the day after it was supposed to be delivered, I hadn't heard from the recipient and I tried for 5 hours to call the location to find out the status of the delivery. I finally got a woman on the phone who was SO RUDE. She said a driver stole 10 orders yesterday and didn't feel obligated to let me know. She kept saying how back logged they were. That doesn't matter as a paying customer. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. !!

I placed an order with you guys that got delivered last week from you mount holly nj location and I am highly disappointed. I placed to order on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday. The delivery did not make it to my house until 8pm Tuesday night. The guy handed me the box and hurried up and took a picture and left. When my fiancée opened the box everything was all over the place as if the box had been dropped. The guy delivered it in his car and the 2 cheese cakes was soft meaning it was not as refrigerated as it was supposed to be to keep the firmness. I either need a refund or this needs to be made right. I usually use mount laurel edible arrangement but I should have read the reviews on this store before I order fromthere. Disappointing. Emailed the edible orders email someone was supposed to respond to me in 48 hours it’s been almost a week. I called and left a voicemail and still no response.

The store was closed. Even though there was no sign saying this. I guess I could tell by the emptiness of the shelves in the store. No one answered the door. So I took a chance and did an on line order from anotherVenue.

Please make sure to give a refund to me in the morning. My eldery mother never got her sweets that I ordered over 3 weeks ago for Valentines Day. I dont want it delivered the day after.
