I had a terrible experience at Kevin Nail Salon. From the start, no one even asked me which pedicure I wanted — they just rushed through everything. The customer service was awful; the only time they were remotely nice was when it was time for me to pay.
The guy who did my nails didn’t clean them properly, and the entire service felt rushed and careless. I asked for a French tip with a design, but he completely forgot once it was time to polish. He also didn’t remove the previous color from my nails properly, leaving my new set looking messy and uneven. The French tips look terrible and don’t even match.
There was clearly no care or passion put into the work. This was a complete waste of time and money, and I will never return.

My nails look almost exactly like my inspo pic. I’m not sure who I got but I showed her the pic, asked if she could do it, she nodded, and then she started doing her thing and barely talked to me at all (which I loved and prefer) and they turned out great! She obviously asked if the length and color was okay but other than that it was very relaxing besides the gossip in the background lol. Only took about an hour too!

I just got a regular manicure, nothing special. I’m lucky it lasted 2 days without chipping. My normal place I go to, it would last at least a week.

I’ve been going here for the past 2 years or so & I go to T ! She is absolutely amazing. It’s very hard to find a nail tech that does the nails exactly how you want them and the design but I have found my girl she is only there, Thursdays and Fridays, but worth the wait!

It wasn’t satisfied with the service here. I unfortunately only went here due to my nail salon being closed for vacation for a month. It was not clean and the service was absolutely horrible. The matte manicure was uneven and the nails ? which I asked for a basic French manicure after being told “no” to the design I originally asked for was uneven and sloppy. $110 here for the worst service I have ever encountered from a nail salon. My review take your money else where. Plenty of better salons in the area.Services: Sculpted nails

I was a customer for the first time today at Kevin Nails, on RT.206 in Springfield twsp. NJ. I enjoyed my experience and am very pleased with the outcome of my full set, hopefully they'll hold their quality, until my refill, that'll be the deciding factor as to wether I should return for their services or not ??♀️ time will tell.As of right now, I am very pleased with their services thus far!!

I have gone to this salon for over 10 year or more and will not go anywhere else. Everyone is terrific and friendly and the workmanship is great. I primarily use Tracy who I adore but have also used Harry, Peter and Kathy and I have no complaints. Clean environment and you feel like you are with family. Used to take my mother there are well and they treated her with such tender loving care. I have had my nails done routinely for almost 40 years from NYC to this area so I know a little bit about what makes a great salon.

I've been before and it wasn't bad but I took my daughter this last time for a full set and it was horrible. The nail tech, the husband I believe, answered the phone the entire time he was doing her nails. It wouldn't have been too bad if her nails came out ok. The were hooked and terribly crooked. A couple nails went in completely different directions. They were so bad I took her directly to another salon who redid them. In the end it was expensive having them done twice but I couldn't take my daughters tears and embarrassment. She is 14 and just started high school. I gave two stars instead of one because they fit us in same day.

Walked in, only one person waiting. The staff refused to see me because I did not have an appointment. The establishment was not full. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE‼‼‼
