Had a great experience. I never even knew there was a minute clinic so close to my house, I’ve been going to Mount Laurel for so long and the service has been so inconsistent. I was fully prepared to wait because it’s that time of the year but I was taken back pretty close to my scheduled time. It was very clean and I was honestly impressed by the setup. But my real review is about Dana. When I tell you whatever CVS is paying her it’s not enough. I get such anxiety going to the doctors and she kept me at ease the whole time. Was very patient, understanding, and thorough. I’ve been to other urgent cares in the past and this was hands down my best experience. Despite not feeling so well, I left with a smile on my face because it was an overall great customer service experience. This will now be my go to Minute Clinic for me and the whole family!

Caught the early signs of conjunctivitis. Tried to go to the minute clinic and the rn insisted it wasn't. Didn't want to treat me at all and acted annoyed the whole time. Reluctantly gave me a script for allergy related conjunctivitis eye drops even though I have no history of that and my allergies are not acting up at all. And now I have conjunctivitis in both eyes.

Service was good for my immunizations but I could smell fragrance from the minute clinic all the way at pharmacy pickup. I am extremely sensitive to fragrances and ended up vomiting with a massive migraine on my way home.

Myself and my 2 children walked in today and waited for 15 minutes to be checked in. The woman at the front never checked us in but instead was on the phone. We walked out and went elsewhere. I do not recommend this urgent care. The front desk staff make all the difference and at this facility the lack of care is astounding.

We made an appointment for my granddaughter on like for 10:40 am. We got a confirmation number. We get there at 10:30 sign in on the kiosk and it tells us our confirmation number had expired. Nobody was there to ask any questions and then the sign hanging up says the clinic is closed until 1pm. How do you schedule an appointment on line and get a confirmation number and youre not even open?? Wont go back

I waited for 5 days and 1 hour for me to get a physical for my school. A PHYSICAL. That takes like 10 minutes. They said 99$ for a physical which is insane. Now they said I need to pay 170$ for a PHYSICAL. It took me 5 days of wait time and 1 hour. Didn’t even get it. This place is the worst. Never coming back

Please do not take your child to this Minute Clinic. Kathleen W. (The intake Nurse) and NP made a false ClaimOf child Abuse because she nor the NP that assessed my son knew what they were doingOr could diagnosis my child. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate and the broad of nursing! I believe this was Racially motivated because you failed to even gather Past history of your patient during the initial assessment. I’mEven considering hiring a lawyer and coming after this clinic. Train your staff!!! This was an embarrassment to both my son andI. You will be hearing from me again! Whistling blowing is not a crime but filing falseClaim because of race IS!!!

I went in for vomiting and severe nausea. Was tested for the flu. Mentioned my period was late. Flu test came back negative. She prescribed me flu meds anyways. Said “test is probably broken”. Turns out I was pregnant, and the medication she prescribed could cause birth defects. All because she was too lazy to look any further. Contacted CVS and was told a “case worker would get back to me” - never happened. My card was charged $90, plus $80 in pointless and dangerous prescriptions. Save your time and money - avoid this scam and go to a real urgent care.

Useless fake medical evaluation for a real respiratory infection. Save your money and time and go to a real urgent care, it'll cost you the same.

I've never had a negative experience here and I stop often on my way to and from work. Staff is always friendly, no problems.
