Large termite infestation. Went to my unit today and saw the unit next to me. Me and there unit had thousands of termites all over everything we own. When i reached out to public storage they said they do not care. It is not there responsibility. Even though the contract said rent at own risk. You normally expect your stuff to be safe from insects destroying everything. The rate increases all the time lately. They offered no form of help whatsoever. Plus my unit smells if mildew. So everything that the bugs did not get to smells to bad to bring into my new home. Horrible that they did not care.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place truly deserves it. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and respect — no attitude, no pressure just good people doing honest work.
Billy in particular stands out. He’s helpful without being pushy, and you can tell he really cares about the people who walk through the door. He takes the time to explain things clearly, answers every question with patience, and somehow makes what could be a stressful process feel simple and manageable.
The storage space itself is clean, well-lit, and feels secure which gave me peace of mind right away. Everything’s organized and easy to access, which made moving in a lot smoother than I expected.
If you’re on the fence about where to store your stuff or who to trust with your business, I’d definitely recommend stopping by and talking to the team here. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of not just another transaction.

Terrible Experience, absolutely awful location and staff. I would not recommend storing your belongings here if they mean something to you. All my personal belongings were destroyed, and infested with RATS. And the staff working, pretty much laughed in my face.
