This is the worst Td bank and they are rude and arrogant especially the head teller! I asked her for box of change which I need for multiple businesses! She received 20 box of change from the change company but she told me she don’t have any! She needs to be fired or remove from her position!

Definitely closing my account, the rudeness they display thinking they walk on water…Besides not knowing what their doing they try to make you look like an idiot…You will definitely see a better business complaint filed…If your smart, you’ll choose Republic or a better managed bank, not these morons…

5 starts only because ryan in customer service is so helpful and polite. when i first came in someone asked me what i was doing there it was a little off putting, but when i got to customer service and talked to ryan he made me feel much better about the whole experience and solved my problem thank you ryan!

Very dirty, smelly vestibule with disgusting air filter above ATM. It's been very bad even before the COVID-19 pandemic. The carpet, ductwork and entire foyer area needs a thorough cleaning and disinfecting. Bring your identification or ATM card if you need to make a check or even a cash deposit using a bank teller or it'll be very difficult.It's no longer America's most convenient bank.

1 person at the drive thru with all 3 lanes open. I sent my deposit over and was not acknowledged for 12 minutes, then was told to send my id over because she can't send a balance. But she didn't give me a receipt until I sent my id. Manager on duty today (3/23/2022) was snotty in her attitude telling me they are short staffed. Not my problem. Only one lane should be open. I could have gone inside with my tiny deposit. Unprofessional and literally uninformed on how to staff appropriately for business. Pitiful. Slow as steamoff a bulls cow plop on January 5th. Go scratch.

DO NOT USE ATM! This place is terrible I went there Monday afternoon & deposited $2,600 into my savings account. When I checked my account it said I only deposited $2,000 so I drove through the service window since they were closing & they told me there was nothing they could do since the ATM was from a third party company. They told me I would have to contact customer support & submit a claim. But I insisted that they check the ATM since I knew for a fact how much money I put in there. To which they looked at me like I was trying to scam them & to there defense its understandable, but the way they handled the situation was terrible, I felt like I was being judged & discriminated against because of my appearance. I worked hard for 6 months to finally save enough money for an apartment to simply just throw my money out the window especially in the amazing economy we live in these days. Never the less I did just that & contacted customer support to which they told me I would receive a letter in the mail (IN A WEEK). No communication nothing just “wait for a letter in the mail,”letting me know the status of my claim. Still to this day the money still isn’t in my account & I doubt anyone actually made the effort to even check the ATM & I just basically threw away $600 out the window. Be cautious when making your ATM transactions with this place & God forbid your a person of color coming into this establishment with people with their heads so far up there a**holes to look at you as a human being.

When to this branch to deal with my business account, we'll the guy help me go tru all my accounts for not reason and told me tha who ever help me open the account should not do what he did.. bottom line not help at all, very disappointed !!!

Can’t complain. The one guy who’s always there now is very pleasant and gets stuff done quickly. Helps me every time I go in, does he have a day off?
