“My car battery died at a red light on Rte 130 during freezing rain and the police called in Flynn’s to get me out of the road. Tyler- the tow driver- went above and beyond once he realized my battery was just loose. He towed me to the nearest parking lot, tightened the battery back up, jumped it, and sent me on my merry way. I would’ve spent double towing it to a mechanic just to sit there all day and find out it was my battery. Saved me half a days time AND a mechanics bill. Thank you Tyler and Flynn’s Towing!!”

“I recently had the privilege of having an inconsiderate driver damage my car by breaking the passenger sideview mirror and run off like a frightened child without leaving a contact number. I’m guessing it was a very petite individual driving a monster SUV. You know the ones who can’t see over the steering wheel.Regardless, the mirror needed to be fixed. I wanted to get a number of estimates to see what might be a reasonable cost. I choose 4 auto-body repair facilities, all within a half mile of each other along the Rt. 130 corridor in Burlington Twp., NJ.It was a great experience as well as a cautionary tale that I could relay to anyone reading this review.Shop #1 gave me an estimate of $1,500; this included replacing the glass mirror, cowl, paint the cowl and blend the passenger door to match the cowl. Now I’m thinking I might have to get my insurance company involved, which I was not expecting. Shop #2 - CARSTAR - wanted $50 to give me an estimate. WHAT??? Why? “Some people aren’t serious about getting the repair.” Well, slap my head and give CARSTAR a really bad review. Shop #3 - replace the entire mechanism - remove and replace the entire mirror apparatus, paint and blend the passenger door, front quarter panel and the cowl of the mirror to match the rest of the car. This shop came in at $2,800. Now I’m thinking the $1,500 estimate is looking reasonable.Lee’s Autobody was Shop #4. Mr. Lee looked at the broken mirror, determined that the mechanism to move the mirror was working perfectly, so that didn’t need to be replaced. Just need to replace the glass mirror, replace cowl, paint and blend the new cowl. $350. My eyes lit up. I’ve found my man!! All through the process I found Mr. Lee to be forthright and honest; going out of his way to assure me that the job could be done quickly. I entrusted my car to Lee’s Auto-body and had my car back in 2 days. Mr. Lee completed the work to my complete satisfaction. As a bonus, he popped out a dent in the rear quarter panel, AT NO CHARGE!!! The work he performed was to my satisfaction, his prices were reasonable and his honesty and personality were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lee’s Auto-body as your first stop should you need auto-body repair. From my experience, you will not be disappointed. Thumbs UP to LEE’S AUTO-BODY. Thank you Mr. Lee.”

“In late June, my car started acting funny and eventually wouldn't go into gear. No warning light came on until the evening it just wouldn't go into gear. I had already scheduled an appointment elsewhere and called my auto insurance provider to have the vehicle towed to that shop. Mark, the owner of Challenger Towing arrived and saw the car wouldn't go into gear. He was fine towing it to the other shop, but said it as most likely the transmission. He mentioned that many newer cars have CVT transmissions and they don't provide as much warning compared to older cars. He took the car to his shop and verified it was the transmission. I'd once said that I'd never pay for a new transmission, but we had just paid the car off two months prior. I had no desire to take on another car payment so quickly. I got the extended warranty on the transmission. I know also know about CVT transmissions and didn't before. When it's time for a new car, I plan to ask if it has a CVT transmission because they tend to only last for 100,000 miles according to my online research. Our Rogue was just under 89,000 miles when the transmission went out. You can trust Challenger Towing - good people, great service.”

“Outstanding Customer Service! My company delivers groceries to Senior Citizens and the Disabled . . . Today, while out on deliveries, my driver ends up with a flat tire around the corner from their shop. He has a spare, but this is an "older" gentleman with a slight disability, so he cannot change it himself. For added pressure, we have a time issue on his route, and I'm back at the office in West Berlin, which is about 45 minutes away. I called Risoldi's, spoke to Gia who said they didn't have a mechanic there today, but she'd see what she could do. I got a call about 10 minutes later, a mechanic was coming over from another location to change the tire on my van!! She called me back shortly with an estimated total that I considered MORE than reasonable. I mean, for all the effort she made, and the mechanic driving back and forth, etc, I expected to pay more, and it was a very fair price. They got him back on the road, asap, and then charged me less than the quoted price!! My driver was able to make the time issue, and even commented on how nice and professional everyone was. Amazing! This wasn't a "big" sale, and there was more effort needed to make it happen . . . and they, especially Gia, came through for me in the end. What a great experience!! Thank you Risoldi's for saving the day!!”
“They towed my big tool box on 8/4/2023 from my old shop to my new one courtsey of my new employer. They were very professional and took pride in moving it. Their driver Charlie and his rider/trainee=sorry that I forgot his name as I am not the greatest at remembering, took care in protecting the box, were in a well maintained flat bed and were fully prepared to handle and secure it during transport. I have used other tow companies and sadly they left alot to be desired which is why my box has "beauty" marks. They called to let me know they were leaving their yard, arrived at my old shop early, had it up on the bed in minutes then took time to secure and protect before we rolled out. For equipment moving I would recommend them again and again just off of this first experience. Drivers like Charlie are certainly harder to come across and a delight to deal with since he could be serious and focused on the task while also able to joke and take it easy. I appreciate your help and will be sure to recommend to any other techs in need of assistance in moving their tools if needed. Thank You”

“I would never go any place else. Very honest and straight-forward. I’ve been using them forever ..(at least 30 years). They will work with you and deal with the insurance company, if involved. Nikki is great. They will get you rolling ASAP. They just did a beautiful repair on our 2004 Camry. The $$ was reasonable enough for us to save a very reliable older Toyota. It had some pretty serious damage. If you’re using an insurance company, go to them for good quality and a smooth process. If you’re paying cash, go to them for honesty, quality work, and a reasonable price. I even came back from Virginia to use them.

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jon goes above and beyond for his customers. From the moment I called (my first time), Jon was not only very helpful, but also very informative. I needed to tow my car to the car dealership and he made sure to look out for my best interest. Despite having his own towing service, I realized I was able to actually tow my car for free because of the warranty I have on my car. Although I did use Jon’s towing service, he made sure that I made the smartest and most cost effective decision. He even followed up with me and made sure that my car was safely delivered to the dealership. I hope I never need to use a tow service, but if I ever do, I am going to all about towing. I would recommend their services to anyone. Very reliable, informative, and prompt. 5+ stars!”
