I just left this Walgreens and the Pharmacist Marilyn Wu working on this shift was just so incompetent. I went into this Walgreens and I spoke with her she explains how she needs to speak to the Walgreens in Fl were the prescription was originally filled before she could fill it. I understood that I did say that was fine and I would wait. I walked around and sat in front of the cashier and waited after over half an hour. I watched how they continue to fill people' s prescription by the drive thru and by the front window inside the store at the time there was 2 ladies working along with the her and then a third. None of them were on the phone waiting. Every now and then you would seem them pick up answer a call or make a call speak with someone and then off. After over a half hour of waiting I asked her again about my prescription and she said that she couldn't be staying on the phone. So I responded with I can stay on the phone, she could just give me the phone and I would stay on hold, she said that would not be allowed. I also used my phone to call and within 5min. I had them on the line and I did call in front of her she said she couldn't talk to them on my phone either . She also made an excuse about the pharmacist being on lunch now during these hours . She wasn't on lunch and she never even tried to see if that was the case. I was really frustrated with her. You had 2 additional people there who could have been able to be on hold if you couldn't. And not that this isn't common knowledge but being on hold just requires you to listen if someone picks up the phone. So anyone could have continued doing whatever they were doing and been on hold. My frustration comes with me sitting there the whole time and you could careless and continue feeling orders for people who aren't even there. So confusing to me. I'm sitting in front of you, and your priority is to fill orders for people who aren't even in the store for pickup? Really? After waiting again I received a text that now there was an insurance issue. I spoke to the cashier about the problem and guess who is responsible for fixing that problem too. The pharmacist. So I paid for my prescription in full because I already see how this pharmacist works.

I'm not easy to please. Your staff is wonderful. My mother fell and broke her hip n femur... Your employees were awesome! A young black male ran to my moms assistance. Lori (pharmacist) called Me...The young girl (last name Martinez? Pretty?) Was so helpful and I you have a great crew. Thank you!!! Chuck

This place is amazing, even if the staff member is a young person they are kind and very helpful they do not just get lost in the aisle and ignore the customers they are always one to interact and engage in a conversation even if it is just about the weather. I have found that the people that work at Walgreens and not just the location by my home, are very connected and helpful to one another, as well as the customers

Employees are always friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Store is always neat, clean & organized. VINCE, LORI, GLADAMEER & JONATHAN are the GREATEST PHARMACY STAFF I HAVE EVER INTERACTED WITH. All pharmacy staff at Walgreens on Springside Road in Westampton, NJ are professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring & extremely nice. If you are in the neighborhood & if you take meds, I highly recommend this Walgreens location.
