My relationship with this car care centre was more than 10 years and I did recommend to many of my friends .
Today I had terrible experience on the repeated strange noise issue that was not fixed when I reported and showed they cant fix complicated issue and I need to go to Toyota directly .
The front desk customer service was unprofessional the staff was dismissive when I raised my concerns and offered no real solution.
Now I had to take my car to else were costing me extra time and money .
I wouldn’t recommend this place who is looking for reliable service other than basic oil and Battery change .

Avoid at all Cost!!!!! Spent over 2000 getting a problem and services completed… only to get my car back and now it sounds like a truck when I accelerate. Never had this issue prior to getting serviced at this place and my car is a high end luxury car that I have taken good care of!!

They aligned my car and didn't center the wheel.I told manager and we drove car and he had another guy redo it.The second guy did a great job but I watched him smash the door on alignment rack post.He saw the dent he put in it.i decided to see if he'd be honest and he wasn't.He parked carr and said it was done.I said to him please pull car back in before I take custody of it so the manager ca see the damage you did.The agreed to pay to fix it.I had to take it have fixed them submit receipt and wait for the money.No I'm sorry nothing.I respect they took care of it but I haven't been back there in 10 years They ruined my neighbor's wheels and I showed her.Ihad her take it back I know exactly how they did it They are too lazy to take the removable covers off the wheels and used a metal head on tire machine.I hope they got better and better management

I switched to AAA AUTO insurance, and so glad I did.
I joined as a member and everything. I received so many gifts such as Eagles stickers, a check air pressure, inkpin and flashlight set that came in a nice case. AAA CLIP holders. But most of all, I enjoyed being around so many Eagles fans that worked there. So I had to take this Pic with Tiffany as we share the P.E.C.E sign together which means, Philadelphia East Coast Eagles.

I dropped off my vehicle in June to have new tires mounted. I also opted for an alignment to go with the new tires. After picking the car up, it seemed fine, but I found that it vibrated heavily over 55mph. After taking the car to an independent mechanic to inspect, we found that the vehicle was WAY out of alignment. This should have been a simple in and out service, instead I had to pay somebody else to do the job right. I would NOT recommend this service center for even the most basic of repairs.

My wife and I have had nothing but great experiences with this AAA location. Most recently they diagnosed a transmission issue for us, only to recommend we take it to the dealer because they felt it could be a common issue Mitsubishi was familiar with, plus it could be under warranty. I really appreciate their honesty. Instead of trying to patch my car up or get me to buy a new transmission, they sent me to someone who could help me more. That's the kind of customer service that will make me come back to this AAA location. Thank you.
