Terrible customer service, Melissa hung up on me halfway through the call saying she could not stay on the line any longer. Why pick up if you can't stay 4 minutes on a phone call?

They called me many times to my phone, when I accepted the quote it went very high and the man was very rude. I do not recommend it, they are very liars

Once I switch my insurance to AJM Dottie seemed to disappear. My premiums increased three years in a row (for NO reason). I would email Dottie to ask why the increase and most times I would have to contact her more than once before I got a response. And then I would have to ask her to look for another policy. Most recently, I canceled my policy because I moved. It took over a month to get Melissa to send me a copy of the cancellation with the correct date on it. Crazy!
