Had one of the worst experiences of my life at att&t in mt Laurel. I walk in and Jeff is obviously sitting with his girlfriend asked what brought me in today I told him I needed a new phone and he was surprised how I didn’t order one and that’s when it all began he told me I needed to be an authorized user and after walking us thru the app I was able to successfully complete this. Then the info wouldn’t pop up on his side and I was stuck calling IT support for him so he would be able to access it. After thinking I’d be able

We were flagged with security and spent another 30 mins getting my account in. I’m going on 2 hours trying to get this phone and now there are 2 people ahead of me. Will be switching providers ASAP

The employees don't really know anything here they just tell you to call At&T for help they really don't know y different thing are not functional on your phone. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I had a difficult situation with my phone that couldn't be handled online or calling customer service. I decided to go to the AT&T store in Centerton, Mt Laurel and I'm glad I did. I met with Noelle and she patiently listened to my concerns, then came up with a creative solution. I am so appreciative of her competence and caring attitude! Definitely 5 stars!!!

The AT&T store on rt 38,Mount Laurel ,NJ is a good store for a great deal on a new cell phone and plan.
Austin helped us to get my daughter a new phone.
He was professional,knowledgeable and patient.
We received a new phone and a great plan from AT&,T.

I visited this store on 1/11/25 2 times because Austin and Madison are the two nicest people I’ve ever worked with in all My Years with ATT. They are honest, knowledgeable and have the patience of Job. You need to acknowledge these two because they are the ONLY reason why I’m sticking with ATT. Madi assisted me with everything and Austin stop to assist when needed but never made the other customers felt like they were being ignored. Thank you Austin and Madi
