Absolutely horrible experience. Went in to the store to upgrade my phone. Was told there was a promotion for being there for 2 years so i can also upgrade my single cellphone line to a better plan. I agreed. I was never told they were switching me to a business account because why would I need to ever be on a business account for a single cellphone. Secondly i was offered wireless internet, told it was $40. I got the router tried to plug it in, never connected, i returned it next day. 3 weeks later i have called multiple times to receive my credit, still have never received it. They also added top tier insurance on my phone and early and i never had that on my previous plan. So when I left the store I was told it was gonna be a total of $100 a month and i received my bill it was over over $180 for 1 phone. This is the most horrible service and experience i have ever experienced.

I’m not one to write reviews but please do not visit this location. After reading some of the other reviews, it seems as though this store is trained to scam and lie. I went in wanting to upgrade my phone and was told I would receive a FREE iPad, as the current promotion. As nexts months bill came around, I saw my bill had DOUBLED. After calling support, turns out the deal was a half priced iPad, NOT free.
Now attempting to return the iPad at another location, it seems as though it’s impossible to do because of some backend things. So moral of the story, I got scammed into paying an extra 100+ for an iPad that was advertised as FREE. I will never return to this location & may honestly switch to another provider.

My grandson was given a phone from his other grandparents. I couldn't add it to my plan because it came from ATT and it was an iPhone. So I thought I'd go to ATT add his phone and maybe transfer my phone and my husband's to the plan so that all of our phones would be on one plan.
Easy enough right? NOPE!!
I easily spent 4 hours in the store everyday for 4 days straight!!
First they convinced me to trade in my phone for the new Galaxy S24 Ultra, which they told me I would also get a free Galaxy watch and a free tablet. Okay, why would anyone turn down something free?! Then my husband's phone wouldn't accept "their" sim card. They tell me his phone is broke, I need to buy him a new phone. Excuse me, his phone worked just fine until they messed with it. Well, I have no choice but to buy him a new phone now!! He has a meeting in 4 hours, I had no choice but to buy him a new phone, which literally took them 4 hours to get the entire process completed!!
Now, I'm told my grandsons phone number won't transfer to ATT. He's 13 years old, he expects to keep the same number. I eventually told him he had no choice but to change the number.
Now after all of that, I get a bill for my phone, my husband's new phone, my grandsons old phone number, my grandsons new phone number, the tablet line and the watch line (not to mention the full payments for the watch, tablet and my phone).
I was told my bill would be about $215. My bill is now almost $300. I called about the line I did not have and they bumped me to customer loyalty. They told me NOT to take his line off the plan because it would void the agreement. They said and I quote, wait until May 21st, then take it off. Guess what, someone from ATT took it upon themselves to remove that line!! I am beyond LIVID!! I still have not received the credit for my trade in!! I'm paying for a tablet and watch I don't need!! I am one extremely unhappy customer!! DO NOT GO TO ATT!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME!!

I've been a loyal customer of this company since 2018, and until now, I've never encountered any significant issues. However, my recent experience has left me incredibly disappointed.
We decided to upgrade our phones, as we've done in the past when our devices were fully paid off. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted us either misrepresented the offer or failed to provide clear information about what was being offered. They even showed us a quote of our bill, which included "free watches" as part of the upgrade, knowing that the actual cost would be far from what was presented.
To our dismay, upon receiving our bill, we discovered that it was nearly three times higher than our usual payments. Each watch had an additional line, and there were other fees that were never disclosed during the upgrade process. Seeking resolution, I visited the store to voice my concerns, only to be met with indifference from the on-duty manager who essentially confirmed that we were stuck with the exorbitant bill.
Feeling helpless and with a bitter taste in our mouths, I can't help but express my disappointment. As a long-standing customer, I've never felt taken advantage of by a big company until now. The lack of transparency and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction is abhorrent.
I am now burdened with a bill close to $500, and it's appalling that this store seems unwilling to address or rectify the situation. It's disconcerting to realize that false advertisements are being used to lure customers into signing up for services without full disclosure.
Thankfully we call customer service and they were very helpful and solved our issue.

I recently went to the store after my son smashed my phone and I have to say Tom was absolutely outstanding! He was patient and took his time explaining everything to me. He was amazingly patient and kind! I will absolutely refer all of my AT&T friends to this location but more importantly to Tom!

Very dissatisfied with the service. Tell the person what we were looking for so he went to check stock. Comes back 20/30 minutes later (smelling like cigarettes-possibly took a smoke break) to tell us we need to order online. Then was rude to us when we decided to go elsewhere. Not a fan of this location!

Sean was an absolute delight. I was sent into store on 11/5/23 after going to uBreakiFix for an insurance claim (showed up slightly annoyed at the run around I received from uBreakiFix and ascurion) but nonetheless ended up needing a new phone. Sean helped me upgrade my phone and transfer all my data over to the new one. The transfer and purchase took maybe an hour or two in store but he made that time to be such a pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, and just had great energy! He clearly enjoys what he does and the company he works for. 10/10 service and he most certainly deserves recognition for that! I don’t often need a new cell phone or technology device but I’ll be sure to go back to this location and work with Sean when the time comes!

Very bad service they don’t train the staff can’t support with right information not first bad experience we need to stop going to this location we never have an issue with ATT store on other locations at all. It this one. Also I called to fixed an issue that was a refund and promised from the store manager he told me his name Luca to get back to me and never happened I called again and again with no response. Hope you work on this store and have it trained and do better with customers

Pure SCAM! Went there to add a line to a plan with 3 lines. They told us that will be added $10 for the extra line. Turns out it came $79. We cancel that line without getting the money back. I think Police should be involved into this, cause thats a crime. Selling something and lying about it. Leaving At&t asap.

Tom was really helpful and made the process of getting a new phone easy and even lowered my bill with an updated plan. Thank you Tom!
