“I unfortunately, have had to use them twice in the past six months both times I have been completely satisfied. They are very professional both times the car was done When they said it would be. Car was returned, washed and cleaned. They handled the return of the rental car. And deal with the insurance company making it a very effortless process for the car owner. I would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone who needs repair.”

“So there I was, three Venti Pumpkin Spice Lattes in the passenger seat when a literal deer jumped out in front of me on academy sending 72 ounces of liquid onto the floor as well as all over the passenger side of Toyota Tundra. Called on Friday and Jesses was able to get me in the following Tuesday. I dropped my truck off at 8 AM and he had it done by about 2:30 PM. Interior and exterior. He did an absolutely phenomenal job. A unbelievable job and I cannot recommend him and this business enough. The wash/clay bar/ wax on the outside was beautiful as well but I forgot to take a picture. But you can see he worked wonders on the inside. Again, I cannot recommend his service enough.”

“The quick oil change service is very exceptional you're in and out in about 15 minutes some of their services I do believe is a little bit pricey once you change your oil you do receive the basic free car wash they offer $100 to clean out your car I've had the service before it was not cleaned properly once I brought it to their attention it was taken care of.”
“Have been a monthly customer with Valet since they started. This location always good with friendly staff and good working equipment. Always plenty of bays available inside and out. This location also has air hose to blast out water from trim pieces so it's not running down your dried car. If your local or live a little further north towards Trenton get the monthly plan. Prices for single wash are hi if you're going there more than once a month”
“I didn’t look at the reviews for this place until after I scheduled it, I just chose it on the proximity to our house, so after reading the reviews yesterday, I didn’t have high expectations. I haven’t had it detailed in at least a year, maybe two, and the last guy was one of those mobile guys that comes to you. That guy did an OK job, but he really didn’t get the back seat clean. In that time, we unfortunately had one pet pass away in the back seat, a lot of incidences with muddy and/or bloody animals, we drove across the country from Idaho with 2 dogs and a cat, and countless long drives. The car was a MESS.
When I got there around 9:00, I was greeted and Derek came in, confirmed what I needed and told me he’d looked at it, asked me about my dogs, and told me he felt he could get it cleaned. I was doubtful to be honest. He called me around noon to tell me it was ready when I was expecting it to take at least another hour.
I don’t understand the negative reviews. Derek did a FANTASTIC job! My backseat looks almost new. I am seriously impressed with how good it looks. Everything is sparkling clean and smells great. For the amount and quality of work, the price is reasonable and the location is easy to get in and out of right off 38 & Creek.”
