“5⭐ took my teenager in to open his first checking account and the woman Michelle who helped us was excellent. She explained everything directly to my 16 year old son. She even made sure to give him a direct deposit paper for work. Today , he was having a problem logging onto the mobile app. He went into the branch and even though it was 4:30 and they close at 5pm , Michelle showed my son what to do and fixed his problem. This was a great customer service experience and also a great life learning lesson. So thank you”
