It was time for me to renew my IRA CD's and get information on what was available for my account balance. She was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She answered every question I had, and if she didn't have the answer she researched it and got it. Although employees are not allowed to give advice, she offered several options available for me to consider. To say she was OUTSTANDING would not do her justice. My thanks to her!”
