I came into batteries plus Mount Laurel not knowing what to expect. I had a unique situation where my Mitsubishi evolution X has a rear trunk mounted battery where it is vented through a tube into the undercarriage. Since my situation is atypical, Troy Looked into the situation. Where most representatives would have shrugged their shoulders and sent me on my way, Troy took the time and attention to call the owner and they both willingly and patiently put their heads together to figure out the best option for me and making sure it was also the safest option as well. After careful considerations of their offerings, They suggested that I get a premium X2 power battery. I have never heard of this brand before, and after some research found out that it was made by Enersys which makes the well regarded Odyssey batteries. Troy and the owner worked to find me the best current discount as well. In this day and age, To get the time and attention from people who actually care is very rare. Hats off to you Gentlemen, who took the time and attention to give me such great service and care. Will definitely be returning and recommending friends and family for all of their battery needs! 👏

Great staff!, great service!, and they help me get the job done lickety split!
They were kind enough to communicate with me off hours as this was a network emergency.
The owner and his staff basically did all the legwork for me and made it a very simple process to get what I needed.
I'm going back this coming week for more batteries for my APC UPS and a few other items I will need.
After all the ups and downs lately I feel very lucky to have found a vendor like this. Thanks again to all of you there!

In front of me in line was a very difficult and unreasonable customer that was upset that his recently purchased battery from Amazon wasn't working. The store worker remained calm throughout the entire exchange and was extremely professional. He just explained the difference between what their store sells and what Amazon sells. When it was my turn in line the worker continued to be helpful and professional with me and quickly changed my battery for my car fob. I wish that I remembered his name, but I will certainly be returning to this store!

We went there battery for kids' motorcycle. Chris was very helpful, he madesure that new battery fits in the motorcycle. He had to cut certain portion to make it work. He made sure that when we leave, there is a smile on my son's face. Very helpful and support8ve. I recommend this store to anyone looking for battery. You won't be disappointed.
