I came in needing boxed dye color correcting and Katt absolutely transformed my hair by blending the color beautifully and helping with face framing color to better hide the greys. The staff were kind and very attentive. Great experience!

I moved to the Cherry Hill area last summer after finishing 8 months of chemotherapy that ended in May 2024. By December, my hair was starting to grow and I had my first appointment with Jerry. He is absolutely amazing. He worked with my color resistant, uneven growth and at every appointment, he made my hair look good. By May, he did a beautiful job to style my hair for my son’s wedding.

2nd time at this salon, but the cut I wanted was not what I got. It is way shorter than I wanted and it looks nothing like the picture I showed the stylist. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will focus on letting it grow out and try another salon.

I have been going to Beato for more than three years now and every single time I am impressed by their attention to detail services. Staff is polite and welcoming. Special mention to Katt for doing my hair exactly the way I like.

They treated me horribly when I was very sick, recovering from very aggressive cancer treatments! Very stuck up people. No sense of customer service. Hair cut and color was mediocre at best. The vibes here are horrible and the people are pretty awful! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Happenstance for the win! I work in the area several weeks of the year (live in NC) and have passed this salon many times. I took a peek at the reviews, rolled the die, and made an appointment. Talk about being glad I did! The salon is immaculately clean and beautifully designed. Everyone from the receptionist, the hair washing guru, to Paul were so, so friendly and welcoming. Paul!!! I cannot love this man enough. I met him once and feel like he is a dear friend for years. He is a hair styling wizard. He gave me practical advice, didn’t try to push products, and gave a hair cut and style far better than I could imagine. If you live, work, or travel to Mt Laurel, NJ, make an appointment! If you live in Philadelphia or anywhere near, cross the bridge and come here!!

First time at this salon and extremely impressed with Fernanda’s work ! I have thick long hair and she gave me beautiful long layers which is easy to style and looks great blown out or air dried! Love it!

The color service was okay. I thought it was weird my stylist didn’t put the color in a bowl and apply on my roots with a brush. She applied it from a squeeze bottle and used her fingers to rub it in. The real issue I had was with the haircut. I showed my stylist how I wanted my hair cut and to keep the length. The photo I showed her was the exact length I wanted. Throughout the haircut I was very concerned as she kept on cutting and ignored my pleas for her to keep my length. She kept saying “trust me.” I continued to make comments about how I felt she was cutting too much off. Once she was done, my hair was super short. I only wanted at most an inch off the bottom (not including the layers). SHE CUT OFF 5 1/2 INCHES!!! My hair was 28 inches long and now it’s 22 1/2 inches long. I am so so so so angry. I told my stylist multiple times how hard I worked to get my hair long and that I had curly hair. She kept cutting it wet. I am so upset, I left crying to the receptionist.
