Dishwasher was not installed properly They did not fix the insulation in dishwasher. The people who installed the dishwasher were high with marijuana and I smelled alcohol. Wonderful. if I get a picture, I would take a picture of the insulation job. They did Best Buy is overpriced. I’m never gonna use your company again. When I complain to the manager, they told me to live with it

Why did Best Buy have us download apps share our information for these Pokemon “drops” only for them app to crash everytime. It was logged out had to reset my password numerous times. All three drops so far. I’m sure there no product when you have employees selling them to they friends. Figured this would be a good solution but it’s been a terrible experience waiting 15-20 mins to be told “sold out”

Don't bother calling over the 2 years I've used this store to purchase my big gaming items they have not once answered I get left on hold for 20minutes or more everytime with no answer absolute waste of time drive the 10minutes to any other store it saves u hours of headache in the future

This particular Best Buy needs serious attention. I went to the Magnolia section because they had a couple 2 channel preamps and integrated amps I had been researching online. The problem with online audio research is that you can't hear the products. Well, at this Best Buy you can't hear them either because 2 different associates couldn't get them to work. Very disappointed. Also wanted to get a new charger for an Apple Pencil but of course they didn't have one.

I had the worst experience with this store. It was mainly involving a sales associate and a manager. I do not have their names now but I will update this post with their names, once I go back and confirm them.
I walked into to store wanting to purchase a laptop. I saw that it was on sale with a competitor and wanted to purchase it at bestbuy using their price match program.
When speaking to the sales associate, he said that bestbuy doesn’t price match with the competitor. He said that since the competitor requires a paid membership, they will not price match. I then asked to speak to a manager to confirm. The manager came out and then confirmed the same thing. But he added one detail.
The manager said that if I were to purchased a paid tier membership from that bestbuy, then all of a sudden they could price match. Nothing short of a bribe as I’m sure that he instituted this deal to help his metrics.
After arguing back and forth about how that doesn’t make sense to me and that I have never had that issue before, I asked the manager another question.
I asked, if I listen to what the manager is suggesting, could I cancel the membership after the transaction was processed. The manager assured me that I could cancel, yet that I should do it online or over the phone so that it doesn’t hurt them. Basically telling me that they only wanted me to sign up for a paid membership for them to look good.
So I agreed to sign up for a paid membership. Near the end of the transaction, the sales associate and the manager then said that they won’t price match with Costco.
After going through everything I did just to find out that they won’t help me, even though they confirmed the first time that they would price match.
Horrible service and very unprofessional. I hope the GM of that store tries to contact me if he cares about google ratings.

I purchased a laptop on 12/17/24 the next day it was supposed to be delivered. Well it was not delivered to me. I have no idea whose house it was delivered to. So I did everything I had to do and I reached out to UPS which is the delivery company they were supposed to use but it wasn’t actually UPS that picked up my package it was this company called roadie. And I had to reach out to Best Buy to tell them what happened. I made a claim with them on the 18th someone was supposed to each out to me within 72 hours. No one did so I had to reach out to them multiple times to see what was going on and then today they got back to me saying their not going to resend me the product or give me a refund. So I still DONT have a laptop and you guys STILL have my money. This is not right at all.

I would not recommend buying a television from Best Buy. I would also not recommend any protection plan as it covers virtually nothing that the manufacturer's warranty and state lemon laws don't already. This isn't my first time dealing with damaged products with Best Buy either, and I feel like a fool for trusting them again.
Last year, we purchased a television along with a protection plan from Best Buy. We were told at the time that it would cover everything that could go wrong with the television including accidents. Recently, the TV got damaged and became inoperable, so we called in our protection plan. They charged us a $99 service fee before they would make an appointment. When the Geek Squad arrived, they told us that the damage was not covered as it was part of an accident (so what's the point of the protection plan?) and then gave us options for a repair that cost more than the TV itself. (Those Geek Squad guys get 5 stars for service, even in the face of this farce.) Give your money and time to another company.
Update: I don't use social media so their response doesn't change anything. Since I have no way of contacting them nor am I creating an account just to deal with this one matter, the issue remains the same since they are not valuing my time.

I have done business with Best Buy for many years with no problems. But my most recent experience makes me wonder. I ordered a new television with all the equipment needed to install it. I also purchased installation services from the local Geek Squad team. After a site survey, I determined that I needed to use a different wall mount than I had originally purchased. I called customer service and soon discovered that it is impossible to get in touch with the store no matter which phone option I used. All you can get is a call center in India. Aside from the usual language/accent problem, the agents I spoke with could not seem to understand what I wanted. I then went back to the Mt. Laurel, NJ store I bought the TV from. The salesperson I spoke with, was unable to help. I would either have to take the wall mount home, or have it delivered. They could not just append the mount to my existing order. I then spoke with the store manager, Jayla, who said that she had an person who could help me, but they were on break and that I would have to wait 10 minutes for him to be available. I asked if she personally could do it immediately, and she said said she could not abandon her duties as the store "greeter." So I waited. The perdson who finally helped me was Terrell. It tuns out the only way to add the item to the order and get the wall mount delivered with the rest of my purchases on installation day was to void the original order and create a new one. That's what we ended up doing. P.S.: on my way out of the store I noticed the "greeter" post had been abandoned by Jayla and there was no replacement.
