“My car was rear ended and I had bodywork done here. Being hit and having to get bodywork done is already a stressful situation but Caliber made the whole process extremely smooth. I am overall happy with my repair and the work done. My car doesnt even look like it was hit. I was most impressed by the customer service I recieved by Steven Raines one of their service advisors. My initial appointment with Steven was at 4PM and I was promply seen at 4PM. Steven answered all my questions and concerns. He explained how each step would go, along with a rough turn around time which ended up being accurate. I was consistently informed throughout the whole repair process with a steady flow of updates by Steven.”
