“I stop by the ROSS store located in Moorestown, NJ just about every Tuesday, as I am in the area. I've been shopping there for more than a year now and, beyond having a great selection of clothing, the store associates there are fantastic! Jennifer, Denny, Sherlon, and Deborah are always positive and upbeat, cordial, and friendly towards customers, creating a fun atmosphere to shop in. I'm a regular ROSS shopper, and I shop at ROSS stores all over S. Jersey. The employees at other ROSS stores aren't nearly as pleasant and accommodating as these ladies are. They're exceptional employees, and they make shopping at ROSS an enjoyable experience!”
“They have good stuff but generally over priced. They also changed their return policy few years ago to one year return policy. No longer the unconditional life time guarantee! Rarely they have a good sale in the store.”
“Extremely Helpful.I had flew into Philly for a business meeting, but didn’t have anything to wear. So an hour before they closed I ran into Calvin Klein and started looking around.I myself have no fashion sense but I was tryna put some things together. That’s when Jamana came over and gave me some well needed advice. As a bonus she found everything I wanted quickly which still gave me some time to run and grab some shoes before the mall closed.Jamana was great and if I was you, I would go in and ask her for help directly.”

“I was shopping at the Old Navy in Philadelphia Mills late last week , the mall is dying but the store was great! Now and days it’s hard to even get a “Hello” when you walk in , but Old Navy was just the experience I was looking for! I had help shopping for my sisters wedding by two employees , Deanna and Ola. “Burlington is an outlet store selling clearance and close out items for the most part. We shop there for clothing mostly and you can get good bargains if you have the patience to forage through the racks.”
“Juan was incredibly helpful today! I visited the Guess store at Philadelphia mills while shopping for an outfit for a wedding party. I haven’t shopped in store in years and he immediately made me feel comfortable and made the experience a breeze. He was patient when I was unsure and offered his professional opinion when needed. He escorted me to the changing room while carrying my clothes and made sure if I needed anything after trying my clothes on to let him know. Needless to say everything fit perfectly and thanks to him I was in and out and dressed to impress in no time. This level of professionalism isn’t often found in retail and he far exceeded my expectations.”

“I shopped here today and my cashier was Jasmine. She was great. I had a lot of purchases and I was worried about having to lug them all to the car due to my multiple back surgeries. The store does not allow carts to leave the premises, even though there are several seriously-outfitted security guards at the entrance and exit points, resembling Trump’s ICE agents. Nevertheless, Jasmine did her utmost to pack my goods in a way that would make it easier for me to carry them. Thank you, Jasmine, for your kindness and thoughtfulness, and your attention to detail. You’re the best!”
“It’s a very nice store.with nice people, but they make their own hours. Supposed to be open till six on a Sunday. Just stopped there at 4:40, doors were locked and they were turning off the lights. Not the first time I’ve been there when it was supposed to be open, but they are closed.”

“I needed work pants but literally every other clothing store on the entire mall strip OTHER than Burlington were a pain to deal with for this one simple task. At the other stores in the strip mall (from Wegmans to Costco), the work pants were either hard to find in the store, had a strange/ugly design, or felt way too overpriced. Burlington was the last store on my list but I was happy to find out that they were objectively better than the other stores in every way. It shouldn't have to be this hard to find work pants from a retailer in-person, but since it is, I am rating Burlington 5 stars.”
