“This store is always very well organized and maintained. Its vpmmonplace for some of the busier locations to go bare bones crew regardless of sales numbers, but not these guys. I purposely put a shirt back on the qrong rack, circled once and came bacl and viola! It was back in its proper place. Proces ? Cant beat em.”

“Juan was incredibly helpful today! I visited the Guess store at Philadelphia mills while shopping for an outfit for a wedding party. I haven’t shopped in store in years and he immediately made me feel comfortable and made the experience a breeze. He was patient when I was unsure and offered his professional opinion when needed. He escorted me to the changing room while carrying my clothes and made sure if I needed anything after trying my clothes on to let him know. Needless to say everything fit perfectly and thanks to him I was in and out and dressed to impress in no time. This level of professionalism isn’t often found in retail and he far exceeded my expectations.”

This time, there a chubby guy there...I came to the mall looking for dark blue winter hats for work. There was one at the Marshall's, in a three hat package with two other different colors.
I need one more dark blue hat, so I went into the Old Navy with the Marshall's bag. Theres a blue hat. I take it to the register with this guy. Sit the Marshall's bag on the counter.
After I pay for the hat, he grabs it, and sticks it down in the Marshall's bag, as he looks deep down in it...you know why he did that, right ?...he swore I had stolen some hats ?...all he saw was three hats clamped together, with a Marshall's logo ?
Just that one weirdo, never had an issue there, staff is great!”

“I shopped here today and my cashier was Jasmine. She was great. I had a lot of purchases and I was worried about having to lug them all to the car due to my multiple back surgeries. The store does not allow carts to leave the premises, even though there are several seriously-outfitted security guards at the entrance and exit points, resembling Trump’s ICE agents. “I stop by the ROSS store located in Moorestown, NJ just about every Tuesday, as I am in the area. I've been shopping there for more than a year now and, beyond having a great selection of clothing, the store associates there are fantastic! Jennifer, Denny, Sherlon, and Deborah are always positive and upbeat, cordial, and friendly towards customers, creating a fun atmosphere to shop in. I'm a regular ROSS shopper, and I shop at ROSS stores all over S. Jersey. The employees at other ROSS stores aren't nearly as pleasant and accommodating as these ladies are. They're exceptional employees, and they make shopping at ROSS an enjoyable experience!”
