“This store is always very well organized and maintained. Its vpmmonplace for some of the busier locations to go bare bones crew regardless of sales numbers, but not these guys. I purposely put a shirt back on the qrong rack, circled once and came bacl and viola! It was back in its proper place. Proces ? Cant beat em.”
“They have good stuff but generally over priced. They also changed their return policy few years ago to one year return policy. No longer the unconditional life time guarantee! Rarely they have a good sale in the store.”

“I needed to have a sari blouse made and stitched for a wedding, and didn't know where to go. Thanks to a recommendation, I came to Diva Creations. My blouse was made quickly and couldn't have fit better. I had other Western style dresses altered, which were done with great care. Everything was very affordable. While on the store, I was impressed by all of the beautiful clothing and will return again!”
“Juan was incredibly helpful today! I visited the Guess store at Philadelphia mills while shopping for an outfit for a wedding party. I haven’t shopped in store in years and he immediately made me feel comfortable and made the experience a breeze. He was patient when I was unsure and offered his professional opinion when needed. He escorted me to the changing room while carrying my clothes and made sure if I needed anything after trying my clothes on to let him know. Needless to say everything fit perfectly and thanks to him I was in and out and dressed to impress in no time. This level of professionalism isn’t often found in retail and he far exceeded my expectations.”

“Hmmmm...been in there many times, with bags, from shopping at other stores. Never a problem. I even ask them, can I leave this bag here, while I try these jeans on. I check out, they may ask me if I need a bag.
This time, there a chubby guy there...I came to the mall looking for dark blue winter hats for work. There was one at the Marshall's, in a three hat package with two other different colors.
I need one more dark blue hat, so I went into the Old Navy with the Marshall's bag. Theres a blue hat. I take it to the register with this guy. Sit the Marshall's bag on the counter.
After I pay for the hat, he grabs it, and sticks it down in the Marshall's bag, as he looks deep down in it...you know why he did that, right ?...he swore I had stolen some hats ?...all he saw was three hats clamped together, with a Marshall's logo ?
Just that one weirdo, never had an issue there, staff is great!”

My encounter may have been unique but when i said excuse me to ask a question i was met with rolling eyes and an attitude. Granted she did what i asked but woth a huff and a puff and despite my overly pleasant thank you she couldnt even muster an audible reaponse and fluttered away as fast as she could”

“This Ross location is a ways from where I live but I live Ross so it's normally worth the ride. The selection is a little different than the Ross that's close to my house so that's a win because it makes the drive worth it. The store is normally busy any time I go.”
