Chris and Dillon are unbelievably nice. Really encouraging with the smallest baby step to getting me healthy and back to work safely. Thank you to you both. I'm truly grateful for the help recovering from a work injury.
DO THE HOMEWORK EXERCISES. It helps with the healing process.

I had an appointment for bloodwork at 10 am. I arrived at 9:55 am. I left at 11:05 am, after being told several times “just a couple of minutes”. They OBVIOUSLY have NO REGARD for anyones time..that’s why you MAKE an appointment. UNACCEPTABLE. I tried calling the Concerta in Cherry Hill, no answer, not even a voicemail option. Frustrating!

This location is horrible. I was here for 3 hours, another couple was there for 4. It was only a handful of people in the waiting area. Very poor communication! I understand there is only one provider but this is ridiculous. I will never visit this location again. They need to be more organized and not have patients waiting that long.

I want sent here by my work for an injury. BE AWARE THEY DO NOT HAVE AN X-RAY TECHNICIAN and you will be referred to the ER or another Concentra location. The people who work here are extremely rude. The front desk was rude admitting me. A second person was rude and snapped at me for not hearing her when she called me (I’m hard of hearing.) Finally- Nancy was my nurse and she had a condescending rude attitude while addressing my injury. She kept interrupting me and dismissed my concerns. I wanted to see a specialist to make sure there was not soft tissue injury as I had an enormous bruise. She insisted I attend their physical therapy (which I felt might worsen a soft tissue injury.). My insurance would normally allow me to pursue a specialist but because it was a work injury she refused to let me be screened before attending physical therapy. It seemed like a push to get me to sign up for their therapy. Her attitude was hostile and condescending. If I was not forced to go there for workman’s compensation I would not ever go back again!!!!! My son who works at a factory had a similar experience in July when he went to get help for a work back injury. He also said he was treated very rudely as well. It’s terrible to have an injury and be in pain and be treated so poorly.

In total i was in and out in under an hour i think, much faster than i expected at any urgent care. Helpful staff and quick service.

Nurses/receptionists were really helpful tho
