Terrible terrible waiting time for ordinary physical and no communication with the patient.Waited for over 3hours to get my physical done,I will never recommend concentra for any one.

Waited over an hour and a half for a urine drug screen. No one communicated how long the wait was and it wasn’t very busy in the office.

Doctor would not treat me due to a none work injury after sitting there with 4 broken ribs for 3 hours. I strongly recommend some place else!!!!

Dr didn’t have patience when I was attempting to describe pain etc. I feel she has could be more friendly and patient. I saw her twice and on both occasions felt like my time was not valuable and I felt I was being rushed so that she could see the next patient. However, today I was seen by a PA and my experience was 100% improved. She was kind, patient and I didn’t feel rushed. She allowed me to answer her questions without feeling rushed.

Had a physical completed. The staff had problems with the hearing test due to equipment failure and the eye test due to lack of knowledge on a new machine. The service was great and very complete.

They don't practice social distancing here nor is anything sanitized. It is like a drive through medical center. This is the worst medical care I have ever received. What a joke!

Cricket crawling around exam room, terrible wait when there weren’t many people there, medication they were going to give me was expired, and those were the best parts of the visit.

I have a fractured rib and my appointment for my follow up was at 1 pm. I am still sitting here 30 minutes later waiting as walk ins have gone back before me. The staff was rude about it and honestly if I didn’t have to Come here for workers comp I would NEVER return. This place is a joke I’ve been told I was next and then 6 people have been called back that came in after me. Please get it together Concentra because your east gate location is terrible.
