New tires from Costco are giving me a lot of trouble; for at least a month, they have been leaking.

I've been a Costco tire customer >10 years. A few years ago, one of the vehicles had a flat (hole), Costco refused to repair due to vehicle had not been brought in on regular schedule.
Last week, another vehicle had a flat (nail), Costco refused to fix, stating my vehicle is out of alignment. I told the manager, I'm asking to fix the flat; not asking to replace wear/tear. They just find excuse to honor warranty.
Pricing of new tires installation is competitive, but when it comes to warranty, I just don't have good experience with them.

Less than 6 months ago we replaced the tires on our daughter’s car at Costco. Today, she struck a pot hole with the right front tire and it went flat. While she dealt with roadside assistance, I called Costco to see whether they had the tire in stock and spoke with Connor. He said the tire wasn’t in stock, but if we came in he could order it under the warranty (they needed to see the tread depth on the flat tire), but that it wouldn’t take long to get. True to his word, he ordered the tire, it will be there tomorrow & he will call us when the car is ready…oh, and my cost?… less than $14! I will never buy tires anywhere else!!! Absolutely amazed by the warranty and Connor’s customer service! Well done!!

This place is very hit or miss depending on who is working. It's a miracle if someone shows up to the front desk after 5 minutes. The entire operation is rinky-dink old school operation that makes me feel like I'm in the 90's again and not on par with Costco service in general. It seems to be the case with every Costco Tire Center. The working culture back there is a joke. They should be embarrassed. It took them 1.5hr to do a rotation I can do in my own driveway in 15min. While I was waiting for someone at the front desk to show up to get my car, 2 people not even wearing Costco clothing walked back with employees. Is this a hangout? What is going on? I have to take the car there for tire warranty reasons, otherwise I wouldn't. Their new system for texts is atrocious and misleading. I'll take my business to Cherry Hill, I guess. Both places stink, but at least they have someone working the desk. It truly just depends on who you get working that day and that should never be the same. I am a literal customer service manager. I'd be livid if these were my employees. There is no respect here.

Whew...let me write my little review. First things first, you have to call several times for someone to answer the phone.
I ordered the tires online which were delivered to the warehouse. No issues...
The issues: I purchased two new tires when only one needed replacement. Imagine my surprise when going back to the dealership that the one bad tire was placed back on the vehicle.
I then had to provide proof that prior to installation, only one tire needed replacement. No problem. They installed a new tire. After installation, my low tire sensor pressure goes off... to my surprise. It was the new tire installed that was underinflated. I HATE bad-mouthing people. I just want people to do better. We are all dealing with something in this life. Let us try to put our best foot forward when helping people. That is all. Take Care.

I have used Costco both to repair and also to replace tires over the years. The staff was always polite and professional. The prices are great. When they had to order a tire not in stock, it usually arrived the next weekday.

Why is there a road hazard warranty but when you really need to repair the tire, they can’t do it? I’ve been to this shop multiple times and it’s always the same story. No capacity. There is capacity for new tire installations but not to take care of the customers that bought the tires and has an issue with one, a 30 minute repair. I’ve been to other Costco tire centers they take you right in to check on your vehicle.

I have had very positive experiences working with the front desk staff and service folks at the Costco tire center in Mt. Laurel. We buy our tires there and have had no problem getting them taken care of when regular service or emergency issues need attention.

Service has gone down hill. Waited 2 hours with an appointment and car was not even touched.

Really bad experience, left the car after talking to technician that my car will be in and done in 45 mins. After 45 mins I walk in it’s not even went in for service. Connar, technician with attitude saying it won’t get into service for another hour with attitude.

Best place for the Tire Rotation they took about 40 mins to do the job which was done perfect while i was shopping at Costco.
For all the Tesla owners who need the Tire Rotation for every 7k mile this is the Best place for Rotations.

I called to make an appointment, and I was told to just walk in as it works faster that way. I was surprised but listened to what they said. Came in this morning. After I paid, I was told it was going to be 2 hrs because I did not have an appointment. After 2 hrs, they did not even start working on my car yet. When I questioned, I faced a major attitude. I was told another 2 hours! After another 1/2 hr, they called and told me that I was asked to pay for the wrong tires. I wasted 2 1/2 hrs and the guys had a nasty attitude. I should have read the reviews before stepping foot into this place. They don't even deserve that 1 star. However, that is the only choice.

I had a great experience from start to finish, I ordered my tires online they were delivered to my choice of location (Mount Laurel) I was contacted once they arrived to make an appointment. I shopped while waiting for my car to be done I'd say about an hour and on a Sunday! Love the convenience of weekend availability, embarrassed to say my tires were bald because no dealership could accommodate my schedule.
Shout out to the very busy but pleasant front desk lady.
