If it was possible to give no stars I would. Rude and unwilling to help employees… especially Kevin, one of the supervising managers. It’s ashame people working in customer service can’t be more customer focused. Sometimes a little kindness goes a long way.

Wont return phone calls, will hang up on you.. been waiting to have a prescription refilled.. was told it would be available next day by phone.. called next day. Left message.. never received call back.. had to drive there and it wasn’t till I was face to face with someone to tell me they don’t have and have no idea when they will… I don’t appreciate being ignored, I don’t appreciate being lied.. repeatedly for that that matter

This evening at 7:45 PM, I had an unpleasant experience at this store that I can't help but feel was related to race. I went to purchase some pain medication for a headache and was in the aisle weighing my options between Motrin, Tylenol, Excedrin, and others when a staff member approached me to offer assistance. I politely declined and continued to focus on the products, not paying much attention to my surroundings.
After making my decision, I turned to head to the register and noticed the same Caucasian lady from before, along with another African American cashier lady, watching me. My initial instinct was to say something, but I chose to refrain and instead decided to leave a review. I understand that theft can be a concern, but I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being singled out because I am Black in a predominantly Caucasian area. With so many customers in the store, why was I the one being watched? It left me questioning what led them to assume I was a thief, especially when I have the means to purchase what I need.

So absolutely understaffed. Their phone policy is so ridiculous. What businesses not take direct calls??? Will be contacting corporate as it is my understanding this is not something other CVS pharmacies do. It’s insane reading the comments, how many one star reviews they have received due to this policy. As a major shareholder of the cvs corporation I can assure you this will be escalated and changed. Absurd

I used to really like this store and this pharmacy. For some reason in this particular cvs (not all cvs’s I was told this is store specific) you can no longer call the pharmacy directly only leave a voicemail and wait for a callback. If they are low staffed hire more people, don’t make it more inconvenient for the costumers you rely on that pay your bills. I will be transferring to a more friendly pharmacy that isn’t so opposed to doing their job. Weirdest policy ever. If someone is having a reaction to a prescription they should have access to a pharmacist. Not have to wait to maybe get a callback if they feel like getting around to it. So lazy.

The pharmacist at this pharmacy insisted they do not sell needles for insulin pens. He told me to try Walmart. It makes perfect sense the overall rating is 2 stars. This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Service is terrible - not only slow but after waiting in line at the drive up, I was told it would be an additional 45 minutes. I came back in two hours went inside and was told it wasn’t ready yet but would be in 10 minutes. 35 minutes later when I went up to the desk to ask what’s going on. I was told they never received the prescription!
No wonder CVS is closing a bunch of stores and losing out to other pharmacies, etc. I am transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy as this is not the first time something similar has happened..

Worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy and my first 1 star review. The pharmacist screwed me out of my medication by waiting too long to fill it. He was terribly unprofessional about it. He made me stand at the window and wait for him to come talk to me for 20 minutes, all while I was panicking about not being able to get my prescription. After all of that waiting he told me to go call my doctor, so it was a complete waste of my time.
I find if I don't call them repeatedly to fill my scripts, it doesn't happen. I don't always have time to babysit my pharmacist. I have my own full-time job and don't need to do his as well.
The rest of the pharmacy staff seems to do their best but I've noticed a ton of turnover since I moved here a year ago. I've never had the same pharm tech help me twice, which is a major red flag. I'll be moving my prescriptions to literally anywhere else.

I try to avoid this place like the plague. Staff tries their best, but they are chronically understaffed. Unfortunately one of the few 24 hour pharmacies around, but if you don’t need your meds immediately, best to try elsewhere.

This CVS Pharmacy is a case study on how not to run a business. Despite raking in $357.8 billion in revenue in 2023, bare minimum resources are being invested in customer experience at this location.
The pharmacy is always understaffed. Consider it takes approximately 10-15 minutes per customer, a line of 5 - 15 people depending on the time of day and maybe 1 or 2 people helping customers.... guess what your wait time is going to be.
If you have a prescription on backorder, you have to call them to get it filled... guess who doesn't answer the phone? These guys.
I've bit the bullet on these issues for the last few years but when it takes a month to fill my prescription, say that you'll hold it for me for the 2 days it would take me to get a new prescription, and then put it back into stock to where I can't get it filled... now you're recklessness is impacted patients.
I would seriously consider finding an alternative solution for your needs.

Asked to wait an hour, then couldn’t get an accurate time. 3 hours, it took 3 hours idk when it was done. Had to ask
