We stopped here to look at a certain jacket,and they wanted $150 for a little jacket that was like paper thin junk! It was like a vest jacket we were looking for and we took it up to the register thinking the price was wrong and the girl said no it is $150! So we went and bought the same jacket at Ross in cinnaminson for $35! this place is crazy ridiculous with their prices! Never again! And the one we got at Ross was way better quality also!

If I could rate this store I would say they can be to pricy and they have ok customer service sometimes it’s hard trying to find someone to help you and they have some sizes sizes and the store is very clean.

If I could give just a negative star to one worker I would. We went to purchase two electric bikes. The worker, Jeff, was absolutely useless. He had little knowledge and barely looked away from helps phone. I did tell the manager and she offered to have someone else assist us. I declined but appreciated the offer. Be better than Jeff.

Clean store asked 2 different employees for help with soccer cleats for my daughter after 15mins still no one smh but employees are recovering the store , just a simple we don't have anyone to grab your items could have helped too.

Associate named Kelly in footwear decided to disrespect my mom, Kelly needs more training in customer service. Nothing on the store, store was great and clean and organized, just didn’t appreciate my mom being disrespected.

I love shopping here, the staff are somewhat helpful.
But instead of closing at 9:00PM the staff like to close an hour early for some reason.

The slogan of this store is that they treat everyone with respect, but the truth is that Hispanics don't even get a bag when we shop and white people do!!!! In this store they should evaluate the cashiers how they treat their customers!

Awful customer service I have a softball 20%for softball and it ended on Sunday we were away and they refused to give me 20% after I called Friday to say I was away they were honoring it and I just spend 270 the manager Lisa refused to take it off terrible service
