I have never been to this location but I work at another dsw location and let me tell you, the amount of return I get that ship out from this store that are either two right or left feet or completely different sizes or sometimes not even close to being the same shoes, if that is representative of this store then I would highly recommend not going and taking your business elsewhere this store obviously doesn't take what they do seriously and they have no care for the customer at all but this store does not represent any other store it is an outlier for sure and a disappointment.

DSW is the only place I ever go to buy my shoes. They have such a large selection you can't leave without finding at least one pair that you love

Terrible customer service! I went to Mount Laurel location at around 5pm today on Nov 5 and the girl that was at the register did not want to help out doing an exchange. I bought the item online and asked if we could do the exchange in store and she was already saying it was going to be a long process to return and then order again since she just took a glance at the shoe and knew they “didn’t sell these at this location” without checking first. She takes the shoe out of the box and is like “yeah I can’t take this due to the wear of the shoe and the condition it is in”…..I literally wore it for no more than 2 min to try it on as I was just trying to exchange for a size lower, the “wear” she was speaking of was 3 white fuzzies that I was able to just flick off from the sole of the shoe… just do your purchased/returns online and save the trouble of dealing with lazy associates

Terrible terrible customer service for a store sign to say that they close at 7pm I don’t understand why the doors was locked at 6:52pm. I knocked on the door because another store called for a shoe size to have on hold for me and this white lady with blue hair laughed and just shook her head. I don’t understand why these people have a job if you are not going to do it properly. I really dislike a company who don’t follow protocol. I honestly think they need to do they’re job properly or just close that store down bad look for business.

I visited this particular DSW location because I believed they would have a more extensive inventory, and its proximity to my workplace added to its convenience. Upon entering the store with my children, we were not greeted by any staff members. I proceeded to the children's sneakers section for back-to-school shopping, where I noticed an employee seated on a shoe bench engaged in merchandising. The area was quite disorganized, with boxes and shelves scattered about. As we moved around, the associate appeared noticeably bothered by our presence, despite not receiving any greeting upon our arrival. I then observed two additional associates who also did not acknowledge us as they brought in shelves.
When I approached the register to complete my purchase, I attempted to apply a 20% promotional coupon that was issued that day. Unfortunately, the cashier's demeanor was not welcoming, and she conveyed, rather curtly, that the sneakers I chose were not eligible for the promotion, albeit with a brief apology for the inconvenience.
After leaving the store with two pairs of sneakers for my children, I decided to recheck the promotional validity using the DSW app. Upon confirming that the sneakers were indeed not included in the discount, I returned to the store for clarification. The cashier then called for a manager to assist me. To my surprise, the manager was the same associate I had observed earlier in the children's section, who was unengaged and less than welcoming; her name is Vickie.
Overall, my experience was quite disappointing and left me feeling emotionally upset. As a loyal customer who spends thousands annually at DSW, I found this encounter to be extremely disheartening in terms of customer service.

Today I was treated terribly by one of the managers at this location (7/2/24) around 4pm. I was there with two other people and decided to leave after trying on a few shoes but ultimately put them back. As we were approaching the door a manger cut in front of us rather aggressively and opened the door. At first I didn’t realize her attitude towards us and said thank you but as we were walking away we heard her say “yep I got a picture of them”. I called back later to ask why this was done to us and was told by this manager that she was not taking a photo of me and that there were other people stealing, however I am still not happy with this response because she still treated us badly in the store and even on the phone had an attitude with me. I believe she assumed we were stealing and treated us like we were stealing but with no proof. Even while inside the store while we were browsing around we did not behave in a way to warrant this kind of treatment and give her the impression that we were stealing. I find it extremely wrong of her to assume this and take photos of us as well. While in the store I remember an employee hovering near me and brushed it off to be her just doing her job, now I see it as her following me around and assuming I was stealing. I feel very uncomfortable and upset from this kind of behavior and treatment by the DSW staff and advise any other customers to be aware of this manager and employee, they obviously have bad judgment and are quite rude people if they treat innocent customers this way and then lie about taking unwarranted photographs when they are confronted about it.

Never can find anything for myself or it's a little pricey or no size. It was mainly for my wife!!
