I placed an order today for delivery for someone. When they received it the cookies which was a 6 pack was horrible. They were hard. Even the chocolate cookie look horrible. It doesn’t even look like a cookie. And over cooked. The frosting was messed up. I will definitely make sure my company does not order from here.

Had a gift delivered directly from edible arrangements. Left delivery instructions and phone number. Told to leave at a specific door and left with front desk without call. Front desk also did not tell recipient. Other than that the actual gift/product was nice.

Quality does NOT match the cost. Strawberries were unripe, not evenly dipped, poor presentation. Will not order from good location again.
