The front desk lady had a nasty attitude didn’t even greet me when I came in, had to call for help to get service. They didn’t ship my product due to it smelling like gas. The manager said they don’t take packages with a gas smell. Yet by the end of our encounter he then say they can ship once cleaned properly. Unprofessional. Instead of voicing that in the beginning. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. 0 stars

I have had a few recent experiences with FedEx. All terrible. I had an item I needed to return and realized I was near the FedEx shipping center. This is a huge depot where I have shipped and picked up packages from before. It's been several years, but it's FedEx, right!? I was directed by the company I was shipping to to go to a FedEx Office Center and present the QR code from the email they sent. The problem was that I was at a shipping center, not an office center. I was told they couldn't pack the item for shipping. Are you kidding me? I had to go to an office center 7 miles away, so that they could pack it and send it to the shipping center I was already at. As stupid as this sounds, it's minor compared to the other recent complaints I've had to file with FedEx. I'm going Brown from now on, or the good old post office. Pathetic.

Utter incompetence. I attempted to ship small arms ammunition and they had no idea what to do. The manager, who seemed very confused, even suggested that I go to a UPS facility because FedEx wasn't sure how to ship it.
