  Was unable to make appt on line or by phone. Did walk in. Young gentleman was able to quickly assist me and write directions so I could fix it if it happened again.

  Told by geek squad on phone to take computer to geek squad at store because they could not fix it. Arrived at store with no customers waiting and told we had to have a appt.
